I do my best to support black owned businesses. So I'll just say that day wasn't the best. I love soul food and this wasn't giving me that. My daughter said it was good the first time she went. My first time wasn't that at all. It's pretty small one table inside and very hot. I paid and waited for our food while 2 young men serviced us. The 2 ladies that were there went to the beauty supply store. I was shocked but again with the size of this establishment I guess. I'm not sure I would drive 1hr to give this another try.

First time trying the England Eatery.. I’ll give it 5 stars.. very flavorful and seasoned just right. I had the stuffed salmon with macaroni & collard greens. My salmon was cooked exactly the way I like it. Nice size portions, they definitely hooked me up on the macaroni. I’ll definitely be back to try their turkey wings, colossal shrimp, and to get me some salmon again. Plus their black owned!!! I also like that you can text them instead of calling.

Drove from PA with my family to experience this eatery I heard so much about. Upon entering this establishment I was taken back by the appearance, as it is much smaller than I expected and slightly unkempt. Overall this experience was simply okay.I ordered crab biscuits and the salmon bites. To start, I asked for fresh biscuits, this is because they had several in a warmer (similar to that of a preztel warmer) and they did not look appealing. When my order was ready they gave me old biscuits drowned in butter with little to no crab meat. The bottom of the biscuits were too hard to even eat. I suggest you order fresh biscuits with extra meat and check your order before you leave the eatery.I also ordered the hot honey old bay salmon bites which were really good. They were fried nicely and very flavorful. I would definitely ordered this again.I have attached a picture and please do not let the sunlight on the biscuit fool you. It's shining from all that butter they poured on it.

The food overall was subpar. My friend and I both ordered the honey old bay fried salmon bites platter w/mac n cheese, cabbage and greens. The salmon comes on a bed of rice. The salmon bites and rice was really good and flavorful. The cabbage was awful (see below), it seemed to be over cooked and had no seasoning.

Chicken tenders and wings or way too salty. The chicken tenders taste better when they’re cold. Macaroni and cheese was not all that. My mother got the salmon bites with yellow rice the rice is undercooked it was crunchy. Only thing that tasted wonderful what is the mango lemonade and the candied yams.

Food was very good. I got the fried salmon and it was delicious, could've used a little more of the peach sauce on it. My friend had the stuffed salmon also a great choice. The sides were good. The collard greens had a few too many bones in it, the mashed sweet potatoes were on point, and the mac and cheese wasn't flavorful. Also the crabby biscuits were really good but had just a little too much old bay. If you go on a Sunday try to order early.

The service was fast and friendly!! The food is so delicious! I got the fryed fish,Mac and cheese, grilled shrimp and collard greens! Omg everything was delicious.. this combo was only $20 so worth it must try and I will be back!

the food was delicious. I got the eatery wings platter with hot honey j*** sauce and I would get it again in a heartbeat. ya gotta try this place. order took some time to be prepared so might be worth it to order online but it was fresh and amazing.

LOVE! LOVE!! LOVE!!! This food is made with love! I will absolutely, positively be back for more! I ordered my food online and it was ready when I arrived. Though there were a lot of customers, both inside and outside, the staff was friendly and gracious. My food was piping hot and delicious. I’m going to bring some friends (and my appetite) when I return next week.
Salmón Bites were TORCH, they were plated on top a huge serving a rice as well as the huge servings of amazing Mac & cheese & yams. So happy to have found this BlackOwned Business to support. The online ordering using curbside pickup was quick & easy!

I was a little disappointed in my food today. I'd been hearing a lot of hype about this place since the Tic Tok review. I ordered the honey obay shrimp and salmon bites. The shrimp were very large but they had 0 honey on them. They were dry. The salmon had a little honey but I wasn't impressed with them. The best thing of my meal was the honey crab biscuit. That was delicious. The staff are really nice, but I think they are overwhelmed from all the new publicity. Included is pics of my food compared to what they posted.They have on their site to call if you have problems with your order, but they never answer their phone and the voicemail is full.Oh and the flies flying around were a big turn off.
