My favorite place to get a good cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich they even have fresh watermelon that's really good and it's sweet
Parking: They have a parking lot that they share with the health building next door but street parking is available I think before 8 a.m. you don't have to pay to park if you're just running into get your food your fine

The place has changed since I last visited it before the onset of the Covid 19 virus. The renovations removed the seating area for health safety protocol. Plus it's under new management. The new personnel are also friendly and attentive to your order.
