Used to enjoy my trips until my most recent today, August 13, 2023. Was immediately met by a server who seemed to treat me different than my friends, saying that "I'd get a separate check." I brush this off and order, but then he pulls me from my table and claims that on my last visit, I left without paying. I'm immediately taken aback by this claim. I pull up my bank account and show the transaction that took place on my last visit (this can be verified by location data on my phone) and that seemed to resolve the matter. It left a sour taste in my mouth and ruined the rest of the evening. How dare you accuse me of something without proof, only to be shown irrefutable proof that counters your false claim, an attack against my reputation.I will not be coming back to this establishment, and will make sure everyone in my extended social circle knows how they treat their customers. Would give 0 stars if possible. Avoid at all cost unless you want to be treated like a criminal without proof.

This place seems unsanitary. I've eaten there twice, but won't go back. Service was awful. Walking around back to the garage parking, you see tons of rodent traps around the place. The back door to the kitchen is open with grease oozing out on the sidewalk. It stinks pretty bad. Visited my son there who's lived in apartments above for a year. Since this food place moved in, the rodent traps popped up.

This place is terrible. I got the patty melt and she brought me a burger with the bun just flipped out. I asked her what this was and she said this is what a patty melt is... No toasting nothing. Just a turned outside burger bun. And I got the mac n cheese and no exaggeration its poorly mixed Kraft mac n cheese. They didnt even make an effort to finish stirring it to mix up the powder. Would never recommend this to anyone!

We love this place! The atmosphere is so chilled and kid friendly. I always get the Patties melt which is probably the best burger I’ve ever had. There are a few arcade games, nice drink selection and the servers are super friendly; the bathrooms are also clean as well. My kid absolutely adores Ms. Yolanda who is super sweet to everyone. I definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a nice burger or a kid-friendly spot.

Almost everything about Fat Patties is great. The concept is great, the menu is great, the ingredients are good quality, the prices are reasonable, the service is good.BUT...they really need to dial it in in the kitchen. My fries were not fresh, and I was there at 12:30pm on a Sunday. That really just can't fly. The bun on my patties melt was barely barely toasted. It was more like buttered bread. I also tasted a bit of another burger that the cook likely forgot to season. It's clear that the standards in the kitchen need to improve some. I understand with staffing woes that's not an easy feat, but that's kinda how you stay in business. Once that's worked out, this place will be a home run. Now, don't get me wrong, I'm still giving Fat Patties 4 stars. The food was enjoyable and I plan to be back!

Deserves 3.5 stars, but the system doesn't allow that. Food was good, service was really excellent. The place needs a decent cleaning. If you're in the mood for a burger, not a bad spot.
OMG, best burger I have had in a year as I am from Los Angeles, where there is great good everywhere. I love that they have games off to one side of the establishment. Pinball, Frogger and the bowling game with the small wooden ball. Nice spot!

2.5 the service was good. It just was not what I expected. I was expecting smash burgers they were not smash burgers. I was expecting fresh cut potatoe French fries. What we gotwas low budget McDonalds fries. My mom ordered crabby fries she said the crab tasted fishy. The milkshake where 5 out of 5 my brother said the milkshakes where the best part of the meal. The fountain drinks tasted like water. They tried to fix it however the drinks still tasted like water. I am really sad I really wanted to love this place especially after seeing eatmorebemore reel on TikTok. All and all the food wasn’t bad it was just okay. Not a place to go out of your way for but if you’re in the area and hungry.

Disappointing and yet delicious! We ordered online and the order was to be ready at 2:14, it wasn’t ready until 2:45!!! The fries were COLD, the whipped cream on the shakes dissolved and the shakes mostly melted!! The burger was delicious!

We could tell that the burgers were frozen processed meat. Our skinny fries weren't edible after they started getting cool. The experience was not enjoyable, we couldn't finish our food, and we both agreed that we had no desire to come back to try anything else. The staff was nice but the food was a big disappointment.
