Sometimes it hit or miss with the service

I had to take care of some business at SECU. I was hungry and didn't feel like waiting until I got home. I decided to try firehouse subs. I walked in and was greeted by the young man behind the counter. I let him know I was new there and asked him was was some of his favorites. He gave me two options. I decided to try the Jamaican Jerk chicken, it was so good. The bread was so nice and fresh. I really enjoyed my sandwich

Dude with the tattoos and headphones was rude, insulting people under his breath. Also clearly tried to ignore me. The food is good and the people are usually nice but this guy has a nasty attitude.

Idk the subject makers name, but he was very rude!!! No greeting. Attempted to pick up my doordash order and as I was getting his attention he didn't even look up but proceeds to say, I know you're there !!! He was getting an attitude about customers walking in! IIF YOU DONY LIKE THE JOB, QUIT!!!! NO ONE TOLD YOU TO WORK THERE. BAD DAY, CALL THE HELL OUT OR FIND A POSITION NOT DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS !!! Waited 7 minutes and he never said a word! Had to wait for another worker to come out the back for assistance and she didn't even say anything. Had to ask for my order or I'd be sitting there til they closed!!!horrible customer service

Extremely slow to the point that I was about to cancel my order. Finally got my food and had to scarf it down to get back to work. Never again.

I ordered online app and it was done less the time the app said. It was delicious, one the best steak and cheese outside of Philly authentic cheesesteak.

This was my first and LAST experience with this location and prolly the entire franchise. I ordered my sub on the app and stood there in the restaurant til it came up on their screen. The Mexican dude who was making my order I specifically asked for fresh soft white bread. Then to put my sub together as stated on my order. They are not like Subway or Jersey Mikes so u can’t watch them make your sub and tell them if they making right or wrong. And yes once I went to eat my food the entire sub was trash 🚮. Bread hard as a brick. It was as though he just threw the sub together in 2.5 seconds not reading any of my order. I call the store the next day to speak 🗣️ to the store manager (JOHN) he gave off a Non-chalant, standoffish demeanor. I report this to their corporate office and definitely will not be returning

I got a large chesse steak sub from it was so good and tasted so amazing

They served me spoiled potato soup. I informed an employee on duty, but they did nothing to address the issue or compensate. Similarly, I submitted a complaint to the company administration, but as far as I know, nothing was done to resolve the issue. I’m no longer a customer – Farewell, Firehouse Subs!
