They served me spoiled potato soup. I informed an employee on duty, but they did nothing to address the issue or compensate. Similarly, I submitted a complaint to the company administration, but as far as I know, nothing was done to resolve the issue. I’m no longer a customer – Farewell, Firehouse Subs!

First time trying this place and was a complete waste of money. The bread was not fresh and the sandwich was soggy. Better off getting Wawa or Jersey Mikes. Customer service was extremely lacking. Would not return or recommend

DO NOT come here if you want your food in a timely manor. They’re beyond slow, been waiting almost 20 min for them to make my order. Was one guy behind the counter taking 6 peoples orders and then another guy comes out the back and just stands there until someone asked if he was going to make anything because of how long they had been waiting.

3 stars because I've been to store and know how good the subs are but y'all dropping the ball on doordash orders please don't drop the quality because it's delivery we the same customers that come to your stores..

Picked up dinner from here one evening and my sub had hair in it. I went through the app to report the issue and request a refund. It’s been two weeks and I’ve been getting the run around. They keep saying the store will reach out to me but they haven’t once. I even reached out to the store and the manger said there’s nothing they can do since my order was placed through the app. All customer service says is the store will reach out and they don’t know when. At this point, I will be disputing my entire transaction with my bank. If you plan on eating here just beware because the food and customer service sucks. This was one of my regular spots but never again.

Please take your money elsewhere this place sucks!!! today was the last straw.... Sandwich preparing employee nonchalantly asked me what I wanted with a snotty nose like a kindergartner.... Whipes his nose with his hand, cleans his hands on his pants and proceeds to take my order.... I cant!

This is my second time trying Firehouse the food is delicious ? the service is dead I mean dead no one speaks to you and it dead quite.i even tried to spark some kind of customer service by asking a question still very dry and dead. Definitely order your food online and pick up or Uber itBecause the atmosphere makes you want to get out of there asap
