They will openly which is a plus but your food will be microwaved. The portion size seem good but you will get a lot of rice. The flavor was authentic but don't get the callaloo. The portion size is so ridiculously small for the price.

Customer service is extremely rude. Food appears to be left in steamer over night. Guy in front is not clean sweating over food with holes inside sleeveless shirt. Guy in front chicken on chop board that’s not sanitized. Will not patronize or support this establishment. Do not recommend. Not a good experience compared to other great Jamaican carry outs in Baltimore I’ve tried.

I ordered brown stew chicken with rice and peas. Took one bite and it tasted so nasty I had to trash the whole food. Not to mention, the food was stinky. This my first time going there and it’s going to be my last.

Their Jerk Chicken was good. The curry chicken portion is fire 🔥, but they put way too much rosemary which is throwing the taste off and made it hard to eat. The portions are amazing for the price.

Please taste the food while cooking. I'm hopeful this is just a bad batch. I know it can be sometimes.

Spicy Beef patty was fire 🔥

Jamaican owner who knows how the food is supposed to taste and representing the culture. Please fix yardie.

Prices are on point!

The Everest Juice is cold!

Note for Fireside Cuisine:
People will come and support and pay, but you have to have food that tastes good every single day. If you don't have enough people buying. You lose the business. Please use common recipes. The flavors were off a little bit.

Got the beef patty, the oxtail with white rice and cabbage, also ordered the jerk chicken with rice and peas and cabbage. The beef patty was hot, fresh and flaky. Just like how it should be. The jerk chicken was spicy but not too hot. The oxtail Was cooked tender and had a nice flavor to it. Overall, this spot is legit if you want some nice Jamaican food.

Paid 32$ for the oxtail rice & peas with cabbage with jerk chicken added and boy was I was completely disappointed.Oxtails was small and the jerk chicken was dry .The rice was over powering with a cinnamon taste and I only had maybe a fork full of cabbage stuffed in the container.Very dark gloomy block /location not well lit at night. The lady taking orders customers service wasn’t friendly nor welcoming as well the 3 men playing dominos in the entrance of the establishment .Definitely don’t believe the hype from these reviews or maybe I caught them on a bad day but I won’t be back!!

He is my go to guy for my Jamaican and Caribbean needs. My sister and my coworker now go to him. He has even catered a few events for me and my family. I absolutely love his food. Oxtail, Curry goat, jerk chicken is a spicy (which I love) and his beef patties are delicious, freshly baked and NEVER frozen!! GO SEE HIM!

Fireside Cuisine has the best Jamaican curry chicken that I have tasted in Baltimore.
The food here is delicious and the servings are generous and the prices are reasonable compared to other similar places.
I hope that they are around for a long time.
