cashier/order taker was RUDE. didn't pay attention to what was being told to her. she made the strawberry milkshake at the end....IT WAS VANILLA. i wanted strawberry. and the vanilla tasted like MINT. the burger was RAW in places. the best thing about the experience were the fries. ....THE FRIES. do better or i'm done with you !!!!

Five Guys Burgers & Fries tastes exactly the same no matter what location you go to; what separates the Boston St. location is the staff. They are young, kind, welcoming and friendly. It’s just not something you experience often anywhere you go right now. These people treat you well. They are respectful and professional at all times, while still having their own fun to make work go by faster. I am super proud of the way they run this establishment.

The only thing that makes me give this restaurant 2 sets of 3 stars and one 4 star is the manager on duty. If I'm not mistaken her name was something like Ken or Kennedy. Her personality was welcoming and bubbly and the whole time I was there she was on top of her shift with easy.
Parking: It's a whole hassle to park with other restaurants and businesses throughout the plaza. It's a get in where you fit in kinda situation

The very best burgers, fries, hot dogs, and milk shakes. A little on the pricey side but a very good burger and tons of fries served fresh and hot! Expect to wait about 5 minutes, but they always get the order right, and the food is great.

By far this is the best FG I ever been to. The staff is very friendly and they are attentive. Looks like they like being there which reflects in the cooking. I been here like 4 times already and never had a bad experience. Free parking and there is a little outdoor dining area across the parking lot which is pretty cool too.
