The staff who was here on 16th or March at 4pm were truly outstanding.. they didn't do anything that was over and beyond but the experience was genuine and all employees were pleasant

I'm old. Clearly. As in a 1980s baby. So $12 for a burger reminds me of that scene from Pulp Fiction where Vincent orders a $5 dollar shake and is questioning the validity of a five dollar shake.Shakes at 5Guys are like $7.So, is it worth it? A $25 dollar burger, fries and shake meal? ?Maybe once a year.However, the store was really clean. Like ridiculously clean. I loved it. And they have baby high chairs. So you know that matters to me alot. So overall, yes. Once a year I'll drop in for a burger, fries and milk shake. But only once a year. See ya'll again in 2025.

Literally received the best service of my life in this five guys tonight I was literally blown away. Vanity had incredible positive energy, checked multiple times to make sure everything was just right, even brought our burgers over to us, made sure everything was perfect. Was also proactive, cleaning the tables in the dining room the place looked immaculate. I’m not sure if she’s the manager or what but if she’s not she should be because she’s a star employee.

Soon as I walked in the cooks asked how many burger patties I wanted since the cashier was occupied at that moment, and immediately dropped them on the grill and got me my food in around 7-10 minutes and it was store was clean too

10 out of 10???? One of the neatest & friendliest Five Guys establishments I've been to yet!! It is ALWAYS clean, fast and welcoming! The pricing, as ALWAYS with Five Guys, can be a little, well, pricey. But it's a good, solid time & a great meal guaranteed. ???

The food was fantastic. I normally go to the Five Guys on Merritt Blvd because I'm usually in that area. This location blew that one away! Everyone in my party enjoyed their meal. The burgers could not have been better! The fries were golden brown and fresh as always. Even though they were a little busy, our orders were filled quickly and the service was excellent. All of the employees were friendly and fast. We honestly couldn't get over how much better the food was at this location versus the Merritt Blvd location we usually eat at. Comparing the two is like night and day.Wheelchair accessibility: It looks to be Wheelchair accessible. They are ground level with two large doors that could easily fit even the larger wheelchairs through easily. There is plenty of room inside and normal sized tables along with their classic tall tables. I didn't use the restroom so I can't confirm whether or not they have wheelchair accessible restrooms. I'm also not sure about handicap parking. We had to park in a regular spot because of how busy the area is.
