The food was decent! Service was a bit slow but they seemed short staffed around the holidays. Ive been here a few times. It’s a good little local spot. Not anything fancy.

Had an abysmal experience here. Food took about 45 minutes to arrive. If the place is super busy, or the server just makes a mistake and acknowledges it, I am SUPER forgiving. It happens. However, I asked about the 45 minute wait time and she just said, oh that’s normal because we only have 2 cooks. I find that hard to believe. Plus, she never showed up at our table for the entire time after we ordered. When the food came out, it was obviously slapped together (unmelted cheese). I get it, stuff happens, but please take responsibility, and don’t gaslight your customers about stuff like this that is obviously your mistake.

I’ve been going to Frazier’s for well over a decade. I live in the county now but anytime I’m in Hampden I make sure to go to Fraziers. They have the best wings. Honestly all of the food I’ve had over the years has been great.

I have had a long standing grudge against Frazier's that is validated every time I am dragged here.
There's plenty of space, which is nice if one needs to entertain a large group, but that's the only positive thing I have to say. Long-neglected interior with a persistent odor of mildew, B. O., and stale beer. It appears they have added air filters in the big room to deal with this issue, but they don't do much. Nothing worth eating on the menu unless extremely hungry or drunk. Oh- and I don't trust the staff to be cleaning the taps on a regular basis - in my experience the draft beer is typically skunky.

Food: Bland Service: Low on staff I guess! Waited over 45 mins (expected wait time was 45 mins). No one asked if we needed desserts. We were a party of 5, and as for most of the places were expecting to pay 20% gratuity. The 20% was automatically added on our order, however, no words of "sorry to make you all wait for over an hour"/"thank you for your patience". I don't expect to pay this gratuity if we were not served/welcomed in the first place!! Atmosphere: Too loud. No one was present at the register to check us in.
Waited 50mins for a soup and chicken wings. I asked the waitress was the food coming out soon and she said maybe 10..15 more mins. Ive never heard of a soup taking that long to bring out. Only 2 other tables were occupied . She never checked in with us and after an hour we had to walk out due to no food or update. Will not be back unfortunately.
