Freshly Seafood is awesome if you’re into fresh, tasty seafood! You pick your protein and they cook it to order, so if you’re in a rush, definitely call ahead. I had the garden salad with blackened salmon—it was so good, super fresh greens and the salmon was packed with flavor. My mom got the steak fish dinner with mac and greens and loved it so much she said she’d get it again. The staff were super friendly and helped us figure out what to pick. Everything hit the spot—we’ll definitely be back!

The experience was horrible everything I asked for he did the opposite I said fish with bread only gave me a jar of mayonnaise and tried to take a extra dollar from everytime I try to support black business it’s bad .please check your food before u leave

I googled fried fish near me and stumbled across a gem. Fish fried fresh while you wait and the wait wasn’t long. I had the lake trout dinner with candied yams and macaroni and cheese with steak fish. He was very generous with the portions too. Very nice gentleman. My son and I were very happy with our dinner.

Oh wow — Chef Joe really showed out with this one! I was craving some good Southern-style seafood and happened to stumble into this market, and it turned out to be exactly what I was dreaming of. Everything was flavorful, fresh, and cooked to perfection. I’ll definitely be back!
Joe was THE absolute best he served us before we even asked. The sandwiches were fresh, delicious! The fish was fresh and juicy not covered in sugar or salt. Seasoned just right with sauces. The fish was NOT Greasy but pleasantly crispy. Customer service was out of this world! Come and try this you wont regret it. Support Black owned businesses.

This is easily the best catfish I’ve had. Underrated hidden gem. She cooks everything in house and it’s all fresh. Her stand is located in front of Healthy Tips (herbal looking stand), I got the catfish sandwich and a half&half. I’m coming back asap.

On Monday, March 17, my kids and I went on a field trip to the Irish Railroad Workers Museum. While we were there, we heard that Sarah Feeley shopped at Hollins Market, and we were told it was still there today.
My kids and I had a late lunch at Freshly Seafood. We bought 2 smashburgers, 2 signature uptown fish sandwiches, and 2 hotdogs. The food was AMAZING. The fish sandwich was perfect, probably the best fish sandwich I have ever had. I only ate half of it there because it was so plentiful. Don't worry, I had the rest for dinner. I will stop back and buy more food when we are in the area.
Also, the half tea/half lemonade was superb.
