Dietary restrictions: If you have an seafood allergy they have very minimal to chose from. My sister ordered a salad it came out with hair in. My cheesesteak was burnt & mac n chez was dried out (box Kraft-$10). Fries cooked in same grease as seafood, cross contamination. Grateful that I inquired about that, I could had an reaction. The cook remade my food much better not burnt & replaced fries with coleslaw & mac was not dried out. Began eating found I found a long piece of hair in my food. Now I'm beyond mad & hungry. They did refund for my Sister & my food so I just paid for the kids. If you are dealing with food, establishments need to be wearing hair nets or bonnets & gloves. That's how people get sick. I will not be going back to that location. Disappointed with it all.

Had a waiter add a ten dollar tip on my take out order, which cause my account a negative but they did send back my 10$ but I still got stuck with over draft fees, so be careful going here :)

Like a blast to the past. Hadn't been in a Friendly's since I was a kid. We just stopped for some in for some ice cream on a random weeknight. The place was packed, which we did not see coming, but we're able to be seated immediately. Family-friendly atmosphere. Staff was awesome. The ice cream was good! If you've got kids, I'd recommend it. If you don't have kids but feel like being hit by a wave of nostalgia, then I'd also recommend it!

This Friendly’s is like the little restaurant that could and my family and I absolutely love it here. Every time we go, the dining room is bustling with the energy of happy families who seem to love the environment as much as we do. All of the staff are friendly and loving, the food is always out quickly (and it’s always delicious), and this is a place where I feel like my son can be a kid without being side eyed by guests and staff. Also, the amount of family activities they do here! There is always something going on and it’s great!
