The staff are so kind. I was greeted warmly and enjoyed conversation with who seemed to be the owner. Thank you for making our day of travel with children a little easier and with full tummies! He was even this kind to me while wearing full buffalo bills attire :-p we will surely be back on our frequent travels!

The service was quite good for an airport eatery, and the chicken bento box was ready within 10 minutes of ordering it, so I was able to eat slowly enough to enjoy it during the 40 minutes I had before my next flight began boarding. The bento box was a good amount of food, so I wouldn’t recommend ordering an appetizer or anything else unless you are really very hungry. You don’t have to wait to be seated; the servers will come to you once you pick a spot. They’re very attentive about bringing the check in a timely manner and will bring a terminal right to your table.

Our first time through the BWI ,airport. We were hungry, tired. And then we found, Gachi house of Sushi. We were greeted promptly and seated at the Sushi bar. The Sushi is freshly prepared for you for dinning in the restaurant, and Togo. Very nice menu, with enough choices to satisfy your Sushi/Japanese cuisine. We had a very nice conversation with the managing partner Budi, as he was keeping the flow of fresh Sushi going for the grab and go area of the restaurant. Overall great experience and we will come back when travel through Baltimore.

Service at Terminal B is the worst. I couldn’t get them to stop talking to each other and actually provide service. The girl charged me extra for ginger and barely filled the cup. Rip off !

It's an airport, so finding good food in an airport isn't expected to much. But this place wasn't bad. Had a bowl of ramen that was.. pretty much your standard bowl of ramen (that's a compliment folks). Service was not fast, but not slow, a little unnerving if you're flying, but folks, you should know your window to eat and not sit down if there isn't sit down time. Clean, well presented, no issues. Except. EXCEPT. Dude. Entire staff look like stress factor 10, facing some sort of dread. I'm not talking about folks looking tired (face it, service industry jobs are hard, and customers aren't easy), this is case of everyone looking like they couldn't stand who they work with, the boss was gonna come by and fire all of them, distracted into the distance, barely communicating with eachother, no smiles, eyes glazed over. Kind of makes the whole thing.. wierd.
This place is great. Great healthy options whether you want sushi or not. Best restaurant at BWI.
I know what you're thinking, sushi at the airport ? Yes. It's good, service is fast. I connect in BWI and this is the only restaurant I eat at here.

The man that owns this establishment needs to be protected at all cost. He is truly kind, and the service he provides is exceptional. The food was fantastic, and was prompt from kitchen to table.
