By far the best food and service you will get dining at BWI. The rolls are all freshly made and better quality than you will get at most sushi restaurants. The servers are attentive and you can actually get service quickly, unlike most airport restaurants. A variety of high quality sake options, as well as Japanese beers.

The food was very good, most the time I don’t like airport food. However, this was really good. Worth the price. And even better was the customer service. I had a toddler with me and he talked to him for a few minutes and made him a cucumber roll. It was a delightful conversation. 20 minutes after we left we realized she left her phone there and they had it behind the counter waiting for us. Loved how he treated our kids and us as customers. 10/10 recommend

I met the managing partner who is an excellent guy with a great, true American story. I'm a sushi snob and would have never thought that I'd have Sushi in an airport because I learned from Japanese people. Gachi is a quality sushi place with well trained staff and always great seafood. I got a salmon bento box, Pinot Noir and a Sushi roll. All very good and fresh. You can tell they have quality ingredients down to the Wasabi. Give it a try.

I’ve never had a place be so rude and unprofessional about my allergy. The server (who was very kind) tells me they may not be able to 100% accommodate my allergy because they “do not wash their knives and cutting boards”. The problem isn’t not being able to accommodate my allergy. I understand being busy but I’ve never had an issue with any sushi restaurant washing their utensils in my entire life. Clean cutting boards and knives would completely avoid the cross contamination that my allergy is related to. He proceeded to tell the woman behind the counter about my allergy who was making food and she began saying “wow that’s so ridiculous that’s actually insane i doubt it’s a real allergy”. This continued the entire time we sat there as she obsessed over insulting the issue. It’s a shame the food was so good but the service was disgustingly rude. Ate in on 1/8/24

The food is always great and the service is exceptional. It is also one of the healthiest places to eat in the airport.

I purchased the salmon bento box (miso soup, white sticky rice, cucumber and greens salad, California roll, and gyoza) and a cocktail. After 18% tip was about $40.Sticky rice with salmon was excellent, and the hot miso was very warming and filling. The light salad was also quite nice. I ended up taking the sushi and gyoza with me to eat later after the next leg of my trip. The Cutwater as always are strong for what they are and taste decent. Two shots per can basically. You'd pay $10-15 anyway anywhere else for a basic entree sans drink, so it was nice to get a healthy, filling hot and cold meal. I'd eat here again.
Very, very, very good sushi. Little bit on the pricier side, but that's what you expect in an airport. The basic rolls are a little more affordable, but I don't really care for a plain salmon roll. The Southwest was really good, and the shrimp tempura was masterfully done. I picked up one of the packaged meals, and it still tasted very fresh.

A little restaurant located in the Baltimore, Maryland Airport near the A Gates. Their food was outstanding, and their service was even better! Not only was the staff sweet to my family and I, but they treated the other two pairs of people just as kind! Highly recommended little restaurant.
