Great experience, excellent coffee, and comfortable space. Coffee is refilled often and with a smile. Chicken, biscuit and gravy was strips on a fluffy biscuit and thin gravy-that came together and tasted creamy and spicy. Parking is a maze of sorts. Outside seats could be great. This place is worth checking out.

The staff, especially the Manager Mike Whalen, were amazing! They all display friendly and courteous attitudes which makes this a wonderful dining experience! The menu offers many delicious dishes, and the biscuits , especially the shortbread biscuits are to die for! As long as Mike continues his impeccable management I will remain a regular customer! Kudos to Mike and his entire staff!Vegetarian options: There are extensive vegan options and some special request can be accommodatedParking: There is unlimited parking in both the lot and street parkingKid-friendliness: I saw families with small children and there was no disruption to the atmosphereWheelchair accessibility: There are handicapped parking spaces directly at the front door and there are no steps leading in or out.

I paid $19 for French toast. It was 2 basic pieces of bread. Never again. Overpriced with skimpy portions.

Not a lot of diversity in the restaurant, felt very uncomfortable

New favorite spot, stunning interior design. The servers are both lovely and considerate which has a balance between attentiveness and giving space. Personally, I appreciate not being checked on too frequently.

Wait times were very long. The kitchen was out of the main ingredients for my first two choices, and I was only told this twenty minutes after ordering. When the food eventually arrived, it was extremely underwhelming. My 18 dollar burger was not even recognizable as beef. I actually thought it might have been a vegan burger. Bad restaurant do not come here ever.

Do not get a crab cake from here, it was fried hard and dry.

The location and atmosphere are wonderful. It is the only reason I keep going back. However, the food is extraordinarily expensive for the quality which is mediocre to bad. I had the falafel sandwich, which was lukewarm, dry as bone (they don't actually understand what tzatziki sauce is), with barely any veggies (3 cucumbers, 8 slices of onion, and 10 small lettuce leaves). All for $17. Our server never checked in to see if we were satisfied and made no effort to resolve the problem. The atmosphere is no longer worth the total lack of attention to the the food & service. I will not be going back.

I mean... it's fine? For what you get, it's overpriced. But that's the neighborhood. Omelette was fine, but not fantastic. The potatoes served were basically french fry wedges. Soda was served flat, and when I noted it was quickly taken off my bill but no effort was made to actually fix the fact that it was not carbonated. Atmosphere is very... sterile? I dunno. It's convenient when I'm at the gym and don't mind spending $20 on an omelette that should cost maybe 12 or 13. Whatever.Vegetarian options: There are vegan options clearly labelled. Lots of options for less strict vegetarians: eggs, Beyond burger, veggie sausage.

Our family came here for lunch today. Not a great experience. I ordered the fried chicken Rachel - received a sandwich that was two pieces of dry rye bread, barely any sauce, three small chicken tenders, and....no slaw. Asked the person who dropped it off where the Cole slaw was and she just said "sorry, we ran out of coke slaw and don't have anything similar to it to offer". That might have been helpful to know when ordering it so I could have changed to something else??? The chicken on the sandwich was so heavily over fried that it was actually almost impossible to even chew through. Insane to charge $17 for two pieces of rye bread with three small chicken fingers and barely even any sauce. My wife ordered the salmon BLT which looked delicious, but the salmon was also cooked into cat-food levels of dryness. $20 is also a joke for that sandwich. Even the homemade chips they serve with the sandwiches were disappointing - fried way too much and almost completely unsalted. It was all the unhealthiness of a fried side with zero of the taste. My youngest son ordered a breakfast sandwich on a croissant which looked very delicious when served. He didn't mind it, but I tried a bite and couldn't believe how flavorless the whole thing was.The one and only good thing our table had was a biscuit with butter and jam to split. The biscuit itself was delicious, I'd definitely enjoy eating a sandwich using that biscuit as the bread. Sadly, everything else was disappointing. We spent $100 after tip for two adults and two kids and really were just underwhelmed. Still can't get over how crazy it is to sell someone a sandwich where you don't even have one of the main ingredients, not tell them about it at all, and just hand it to them without saying anything hoping they are OK with it.

For starters, parking on the back parking lot due to limited parking in the street didn't make me happy. I don't mind walking, but this place is in such a weird spot, it's kind of hard to get to. The service I received when I was there was impeccable. For that reason, I would go back. Service really matters to. The coffee was just ok and nothing to write home about. My breakfast sandwich was pretty tasty however my soup tasted like a bowl of salt. Again I would be willing to try them again but they are certainly not the best coffee shop/restaurant in town.

The chicken salad was tasteless and bitter. The soup was too salty. The latte was okay. The location is lovely and the staff are friendly. Good service but unfortunately the food itself was not inviting.
