My very first order placed was for a Catfish platter with yams, green beans and a side of cabbage. The food looked better than it taste. The fish was seasoned well but the green beans although canned were not seasoned well they were awful. The yams were no better poorly seasoned, flavorless....no cinnamon, brown sugar nothing. The cabbage was flavorless as well. I am the daughter of a mother from the Carolinas and I know Good, southern cuisine. I was disappointed.

I was there this afternoon with and had the salmon meal and everything was marvelous it wasn’t under season. It was not over season. Food look good and nice portions. I had the mac and cheese, whiting, and yams. Only thing that tastes good was the fish. The cornbread tasted like a lump of flour. Just a waste of money.
