I meet the most helpful and wonderful staff at the Havenwood location- especially Kaya- front of house. The food was delicious and Kaya listen to me and help me made the right choices. I will return again.

If you want to have a nice place to have a meal, try Georgia peach. My wife and I did and we'll be going back again . All their food is great. Best fried chicken, turkey wings, Salmon Great sides.��

They will give you whatever they want if you order online. I ordered turkey wings and received chicken. I ordered cabbage and received collard greens. So they won't tell you that they're sold out or cancel your order. They will give you what's available and throw in a sorry pc of cornbread for the inconvenience.

I order from the New Town location and lately they food is good but inconsistent with quality service and accuracy of my order. A few months ago I ordered the smothered chicken wings, as I always do and received turkey wings. I don't eat turkey like that, just at Thanksgiving. No warning about substituting just turkey wings given to me when my order clearly said smothered chicken wings. Just yesterday I ordered my same order of smothered chicken wings and now they gave me 4 wings instead of 5. I've been consistent getting the same amount for years. No warning or anything posted stating this change. The location near Security Blvd is the worst. I don't even want to start the list of issues there. I try to support my black owned businesses but this one is definitely making it challenging.

We ordered food online to go and everything was trash. I ordered wings (cabbage and yams), and my bf ordered leg and thigh meal (Mac and cheese and green beans). The chicken had literally NO flavor, I mean no seasoning nothing! The yams were wayyy too sweet but the cabbage was okay. The leg and thigh was just a chicken quarter rather than a drum stick and thigh. The food was ready way before the quoted time which leads me to believe the food was old and sitting out for a while. The green beans tasted like they were from a can and barely seasoned. Just very shitty quality all around for a high price. The staff also are also very unengaging just standing around doing nothing basically walked and and they say “what do you want” like how do you greet a customer like that! Definitely go somewhere else for dinner!

This location is always out of stuff. I was denied paying for an additional side order due to them being out of side containers (supposedly).

As a black business owner, I believe it is important support other black businesses. After several visits to this location, my money will have to circulate in the community some place else. Having a great product and poor customer service isn’t the way to go. PLEASE invest in your own business by providing your employees with REAL customer service training.
