G'Lato D'Italia

This is my favorite place for more than 20 years, the most delicious ice cream, excellent customer service, the owner of the place always with a smile.. I recommend the place with the coffee, great and fresh breakfast, excellent quality ice cream, I recommend everyone to come to this wonderful place!

I purchased a drink for my daughter and she got this piece of plastic in her mouth. I called to speak to a manager and the person at the store said that Clara wouldn’t be at the store until Sunday. I asked if she could have the manager call and she said she would. At no point did the person ask for a number or name. Her excuse was that it was on the phone. I said okay, so who would your manager ask to speak with if you didnt ask for any information from me? She asked if I want a refund, I explained to her, no I don’t want a refund I want to make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. What if this was a small child who drank this and this blocked their airway or it cut their throat. No regard. Didn’t even ask me what I ordered. I hope they cleaned out everything associated with a strawberry lemonade including the ice bin.

Horrible experience. As a Veteran I would expect to be treated with courtesy and respect. A Caucasian woman a little rough looking did not greet me and when I went back to ask her for a free refill, she refused. I told her that spilled it while playing bingo and she told me it would cost $1.00 for a refill. She was so rude about it too. Initially I tipped with my first cup, but I regret it. For $4.00 for a cup of coffee plus tip she should have offered me a free refill. I will never return here.

Sometimes they make the coffee delicious other times i'm paying for ice slushie or straight up sugar.

I had a scoop of the pistachio and a scoop of the banana pudding gelato… omg! That is some truly delicious gelato. I had to leave a review lol! Will definitely be back again.

My “go to” while at the mall. The ladies at the frontline are always so pleasant! The work areas are spotless!!! Get the Chicken Salad sandwich…trust me, it’s perfection!

Owner is terrible. Very rude and his breath smelled.

I stopped by this morning around 9: 00a.m. and received the most wonderful customer service that I have had yet, I believe her name was Clari. I've been here numerous times and she is always upbeat, friendly, quick, and you can tell that she really cares about you! She always shows an empathetic side and always has a smile on her face! If you want the best customer service, stop by and ask for Clari! You won't be disappointed!

I only got a tea and that was for someone else so I didn't taste it but the service was friendly and the line moved fast. I only have heard good things about them.

G’Lato D’Italia have the best variety of tasty g’latos that you can get, it have a smooth and rich texture that leaves a cold, delicious, refreshing and pleasuring flavor.
You can pick from at least 24 flavors and if you are Lactose Intolerance, they do have non-dairy g’latos for you that you can enjoy with no side effects. The products are fresh, the g’latos are made by the store with authentic taste and diligently prepared.
I have tried a mix of 2 different scoops of Raspberry and Mango, Pineapple and Coconut, Blueberry and Lemon, and Watermelon, they were all very tasty and amazing, plus the portions are reasonable and worth it.
The breakfast is great (bagel and cream cheese, croissant eggs, waffles, other)
I tried the waffle and it was so delicious and tasty!!
The drinks are good (sweet iced tea, fresh coffee, juices, etc.)
The service was good and friendly.
I highly recommend that you try their G’lato/Drinks/breakfast when you are in the area and don’t miss on the good experience.
