We ordered a shiva platter on Sunday for delivery on Wednesday at 11am. We used this place before 8 months ago also with a Wednesday delivery. Around 11:30 we started getting anxious about the food arriving. Seeing as the food was coming to Harrisburg from Baltimore I waited until 11:50 to call. The person on the phone said one delivery time they had was 10:30, then another said it was a 2 pm delivery time. We finally got to speak to someone higher up. They had someone leave immediately. We were told that deliveries on Wednesday don’t go out until 2pm. Nobody made us aware of this and 8 months ago we had no issues with an 11am delivery time. The order came with coffee and the time on it was 9:30, had the order come on time the coffee would have been the proper temperature. The order didn’t leave Baltimore until after 12, so the coffee was lukewarm. By the time we got home from my father in law’s funeral the food was here and set up thanks to a great friend helping. My advice is, if you use this establishment for catering CALL to confirm. The presentation of the food was great and the food delicious. Very frustrating not to have gotten an apology when we had written confirmation of 11am delivery time.
Got shorted on my dozen. Bagels are tasty and fresh but not a fan of the shape and style. Wish I would’ve got my full dozen as well. These have a flat mushy style with a big center hole. Good, but not my style.
I was there last week, it's a great place. I would go again. The price was ok, the service was pretty good and the food was nicely displayed.
Absolutely amazing!!!
Truly a definition of Baltimorean food, but it’s still amazing comparing it to the hometown of Lakewood, New Jersey

Bagel was dry and the omelette was overcooked. I can get tastier bagels at Costco. The ordering system was also confusing.

Breakfast burrito - amazing!
Coffee = dirty water.
I will not come back for the coffee again.
I share the sentiment of the recent one-star review regarding the noticeable decline in quality. While I recognize that prices have increased industry-wide, the reduction in portion sizes is disappointing. However, I’m giving you five stars because I believe in your potential to improve and return to the standards you once upheld. I’m hopeful for a positive change!

Unprofessional. Rude. Inconsistent.
Food quality decreased severely. Very sad, we miss the old food. Waste of money. The french toast is terrible now. Dry. Used to have powdered sugar but doesn't anymore. Also doesn't taste the same anymore. We ordered pancakes to go and it only came with 2 pancakes?! Asked for butter and syrup on the side but they only gave me syrup. Also a “to go” order should include napkins and silverware. They included none. Horribly rude staff, manager goes between several restaurants and is never around. Go elsewhere.

I completely agree with Moshe Diamond's review of your restaurant. I appreciate that he gave it five stars to provide constructive criticism and hope for a brighter future for Goldberg’s Bagels. Businesses like this, especially with such a well-established name, don’t decline overnight. Just because the new owner sees an initial profit doesn’t guarantee that it will last, especially if overcharging and small portions continue. I truly hope Goldberg's can turn things around soon; I’d be thrilled to see improvements. If not, I want to wish the owner good luck.

Britt was so helpful and professional to deal with on my order. She went above and beyond to help me after I forgot to pick it up. She
followed up with me and was very responsive. This type of customer service is rarely seen these days, but you can tell she loves her job and will go 110% to make sure the customer is happy and has a great experience.

We went in to pick up bagels on Labor Day, and they were PACKED! I thought it would take forever, but the staff was so efficient I think we were in and out in 5 minutes!
Vegetarian options: It's a Kosher dairy restaurant, so there is no meat on the premise

Went to check out their bagels. I’ve only picked up catering platters for work but never have tried myself. (I will say they helped me out tremendously with a last minute kosher platter.) it was very busy in there and it was a bit confusing on where to order. Found a table and our bagels came out very quickly! We tried a sesame flat, sesame bagel with cream cheese and a Black Russian bagel with whitefish. To say my boyfriend was a happy guy is an understatement. He thoroughly enjoyed the bagels and whitefish. We also picked up some rugelachs. The only negative for me was it was a bit messy, especially the bathroom. But in their defense, there was a steady stream of people coming through. We will go back again soon!
