Food was okay, nothing special. The people were lovely and the ordering system very illogical

Fresh, authentic New York–style bagels with a perfect chew, paired with rich coffee that starts the day right. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the atmosphere feels warm and welcoming. A great spot for breakfast or a casual coffee break—highly recommended!

I’ve had two recent visits here, and unfortunately, both times I ran into issues with food quality—specifically spoilage. While the bagels are consistently tasty and fresh, the salads, cream cheese, and spreads have been a letdown. They either tasted off or didn’t seem properly stored.
It feels like there’s a lack of attention when it comes to managing the freshness of the ingredients, which really affects the overall experience. I’m hoping this is just a rough patch, but management seems to be off their game lately. I’d love to see things tighten up because this place has real potential when everything’s on point.

After ordering from friendly cashier, had my toasted jalapeño bagel with lox spread and capers within 3 minutes. Good food and service made for a nice breakfast. A+

Stopped here for breakfast on a drive through Baltimore. Locals seem to really like this place, but for a visitor it was very confusing.
There are 5 points of ordering across 3 counters. Each one was inconsistently staffed even during the half hour we were there. It was not clear which line to stand in or who to order from, and they did not have a menu posted.
Some items were brought to the table, while others were left at the counter for us to pick up.
The food itself was good. The shakshouka was well-cooked and the bagel was good quality. The coffee was terrible.
I wouldn't go here again, unless it was just to get bagels and walk out.

Terrible customer service, misleading menu prices, no napkins anywhere to be found. Person at the register charged for an entire omelette+bagel+cheese. Ended up paying over $10 for a very mediocre bagel egg and cheese with attitude. Never coming again.

Went here as it was recommended as one of the best bagels in Baltimore. I was yet again disappointed at the quality. It was deeply underwhelming in size, taste, and fluffiness. I tried 2 different types and they were both egh. Even mediocre bagels in NY/NJ area are leaps and bounds better.
Really can’t understand why finding a decent bagel is impossible here.

Goldberg’s fell off. Charging $10 for an egg and cheese bagel. The owner should be ashamed of themselves. I won’t be returning.

My BiL came here and was ignored to the point he had to leave without placing an order. We're not sure if this was racially motivated so customers beware.
We went to this restaurant based on a suggestion from someone else. The parking lot was not the easiest. We were really disappointed. The customer service was awful, with the exception of one young man who was trying to do many things at the same time. We tried to order from the kiosk, but the machine broke in the middle of the order. We ordered from the second machine. Then we waited for a long time. Finally I asked and was told to go to another counter to get my bagel. I asked about the sandwich and was told to find a seat and wait for my name to be called. All of the seats were taken. When we finally found one, we did not hear our name called but saw two women talking about a sandwich while looking at a receipt. I asked if it was a tuna, and the lady confirmed. She told us that we did not put a name in when we ordered. We were unable to complete the order without our name. In addition, there is a number on the receipt she could have called. We left feeling like a huge bother to the folks that worked at this place (minus the young man). The tuna was ok. We were beyond disappointed. Then we were still eating and had a customer walk up and ask us if we were almost done so he could have our table. Really!!!! Perhaps if the customer service was better we would have enjoyed it more but I will never go back to this place!!!!!!!! What a waste of my money and time.
Is there a rating less than 1?
Limited menu items. I was disappointed that they did not serve any Pastrami. The bagels were average. I expected better. Plenty of parking and the location is convenient. It's also popular with the locals. I don't think I will eat here again.
Real NY bagels. Got a baker's dozen with cream cheese for work, and a sausage egg and cheese on Everything for me. Highly recommend.
This place has really gone downhill. The employees clearly hate being there. Attitudes are bad, and customer service is even worse. It used to be known for amazing bagels, but now they’re just ok at best. Trying to get anything done over the phone or online is a nightmare. It’s frustrating to see a place with so much potential be brought down by poor service and declining quality. I heard a lot of people say its the new ownership and I guess that is it. We used to love this place as kids.
