We ordered a shiva platter on Sunday for delivery on Wednesday at 11am. We used this place before 8 months ago also with a Wednesday delivery. Around 11:30 we started getting anxious about the food arriving. Seeing as the food was coming to Harrisburg from Baltimore I waited until 11:50 to call. The person on the phone said one delivery time they had was 10:30, then another said it was a 2 pm delivery time. We finally got to speak to someone higher up. They had someone leave immediately. I share the sentiment of the recent one-star review regarding the noticeable decline in quality. While I recognize that prices have increased industry-wide, the reduction in portion sizes is disappointing. However, I’m giving you five stars because I believe in your potential to improve and return to the standards you once upheld. I’m hopeful for a positive change!

I completely agree with Moshe Diamond's review of your restaurant. I appreciate that he gave it five stars to provide constructive criticism and hope for a brighter future for Goldberg’s Bagels. Businesses like this, especially with such a well-established name, don’t decline overnight. Just because the new owner sees an initial profit doesn’t guarantee that it will last, especially if overcharging and small portions continue. I truly hope Goldberg's can turn things...
