I called to let them know they messed my order up and they was of no assistance and really rude!

Don’t order from here man rude is hell how u gonna tell someone how they can get their food and then yell in my ear no no no and hang up won’t ever get my money again old ran down store yall need a food check evaluation in there with how dirty the inside look

My daughter did a pick up order from this place. The food was TERRIBLE! I asked my daughter did she look up the reviews on this place first with all the 1 stars …. I’m visiting from out State so I thought she knew best food places NOT! They gave her shrimp with the shell n the dodo still in side then DRENCHED THEM IN SALT SEASONING! I mean the top must came of while they were seasoning the shrimp poured heavy into the shrimp that’s how highly OVERY BLOOD PRESSURE SALTED THESE SHRIMP WERE. If was mistake at least rinse them and start over, they just served straight salty. N they look dirty.

Wonderful experience start to finish attentive friendly gal on phone... explained everything made suggestions was amazing... driver called to confirm address introduce himself and tell me he'd be there in about 20 minutes... he was there in 10 and so friendly... best part FOOD IS AMAZING ? thank you.

Good fortune carry o East Monument Street is not customer friendly. Call for yourself! The women/girl who answers the phone to take orders is the most rudest, nastiest, disrespectful person I’ve ever encountered. She talks to BLACKS like trash and the delivery driver is not respectful either. They believe we’re to purchase from their business line like we need them and they don’t need our service. I wouldn’t recommend no one to purchase from that location.

This place is so dirty, I got chicken and cheese fish sub, the chicken was bloody and the fish smelled like raw fish. I don’t eat from Chinese ppl so I blame myself because I know better. They need to be shut down

Always great with customer service and fast delivery and food always delivered hot

Gave me old and not edible general tso’s chicken that smelled bad was weird soft and dry hard dark pieces
