Just lost 3 customers by having an open sign and not being open! And no one answers the phone! Literally myself (and my husband and child) and 2 separate people came to the door trying to get some food and couldn't. If you aren't open then update your hours on here or at the very least don't have your open sign turned on! Very irritated because I was hungry and went out of my way to go there!

I placed an order a few days ago online at 6:30 pm. It was supposed to be here at 7:30 then updated till 8:30 by Slice. At 8:40 I called the carryout and they said it was on the way. At 8:55 it still wasnt here so I was going to go up there. Just as I was about to get into my car the driver pulls up and said he didnt get the order until 7:55. Well where have you been for over an hour? The food was hot and my sub was good and I only ate half of it. The next day I went to eat the other half and when I bit into it it appeared to have something like melted plastic in it (if thats what it was). It tasted horrible and I threw it away. I am not inclined to order from here again. What happened to food places delivering their own food instead of using these third party places???

My wife ordered a turkey BLT and when we got the food it looked like ham and when I called the restaurant I was told that they use turkey ham instead of turkey.when I order a turkey I want turkey not turkeyham

I ordered food from them last week and they sent me uncooked fish half done chicken a sub that was overpowered with garlic ask them to resend me another order they sent the order the exact same way full of garlic they told me they would give me a refund and basically kept bullshiting me about my money I will be calling Better Business Bureau because the service was totally unsatisfied and the manager keep giving me the runaround it's not my problem that y'all tried out a new cook and then when I told you about the order you said oh I will replace your order and I'll cook it myself and never did I keep calling and they keep saying the same thing putting me on hold and not coming back to the phone even showed the driver and he agreed that the fish wasn't fully cooked smgdh .....

Great customer service and food. Support a local business!We had a pizza deal and a bbq chicken wrap meal and they were wonderful.

It doesn't deserve 1 star. The place isn't clean. For all you that eat out. Always check the store for health dept certification that should be on a wall visibly, also someone should have serv safe certification that also should be posted in site. Next time. You visit ask them where are they posted. Be careful of these mom and pop places owned by foreigners who don't follow health codes. You might get sick

I love this New place it used to be Goodies pizza wings and Subs. But now under new management I gave them a try oh boy it was worth it. Best Burger in town ?. Try their chicken Sandwich so so amazing ? my favorite place from now on.. GUYS KEEP UP WITH THE GOOD WORKKid-friendliness: Amazing Staff

Once food was delivered, GrubHub calls me to tell me there was an upcharge of over $8 and do I authorize it. Of course I don't authorize getting charged $8 extra dollars after I already paid. Then Goodies calls me and says " Are you the one who complained to GrubHub on me" I explained to him that they called me and he goes on to tell me that the upcharge was because the prices are wrong online and that I got fries and a soda (Special) with my order. But I didn't get fries or a soda. He then continued to tell me that I did and how he packed the order himself. Dude was very rude on the phone. I've ordered from there multiple times and never had a problem but I'm not doing it again, not after that disrespect.

We ordered through a 3rd party food delivery service. My food tastes very old/expired. 2 of 3 items I ordered were not correct. We were missing the meal for my husband which was not something we were notified of until I went to raise concerns about the rest of the food. Do not think I'll be ordering from here again. It was cheap tho.

Driving for doordash. Came to pick up an order. Door is locked and nobody is answering

Ordered from them, they gave some burnt nachos and cheese was some block cheese sliced on it. I called and asked why does the Website state nachos with chili cheese sour cream and the fixings. There response was oh that's not correct well update the restaurant on slice. I received a refund on the nachos but won't order again from here.
