Amazing experience, great service and great food and drinks. Definitely impressed with Gordon Ramsey's steakhouse.
We have dinner here often. Last night service was horrible. It took 2 hours to get served our dinner after we ordered. Two of the 3 staeks were not cooked to order. Just an aweful experience compaired to what we have been use to.
Restaurant was under staffed it took 40 min to get a drink & 1 hr 15 min to get our dinner which the sides were rushed but entrees were good waiter was doing best he could place has gone done since last visit
great experience....wait staff was pleasant and helpful and professional...thoroughly enjoyed the food
Decent food, terrible value though. Taste wise it’s on par with Texas Roadhouse just x5 the price.

Unfortunately, we had a less than stellar experience at Gordon Ramsay Steak, which we chose to celebrate a special occasion. The faults were entirely with the kitchen. Let me emphasize that the service provided by our server, Miles and his assistants, was exceptional!
We began the evening with cocktails that we're quite good, along with garlic rolls and butter. The rolls were warm and pillow soft, which is important to note, considering what followed.
We ordered the grilled Caesar salad which was chopped, at our request and served with four very large croutons. Unfortunately the croutons, which appeared to be made from the aforementioned garlic rolls were so stale (not crisp, stale) neither of us could cut them with our knives. The salad was delicious, so we wrote off the inedible croutons as a slight misstep in the kitchen.
We were midway through our salads when we were surprisingly served our entrees. The kitchen fired our entrees way to early giving us no time between the salad course and the entrees. I immediately complained to Miles, who apologized profusely and explained the kitchen was responsible for the pace of the courses. He sent his manager over who was also gracious and apologetic and offered to comp our desserts for the error.
The entrees themselves, seared scallops and beef Wellington, were very good and well prepared. However, in a white tablecloth restaurant with the reputation of a Michelin starred chef behind it, such a mistake is inexcusable. Chef Ramsay would be quite disappointed, I'm sure.
The right thing to do would have been to refire our entrees from scratch, but that option wasn't suggested by myself or the MOD.
Despite the errors, we still enjoyed the experience of dining in a Gordon Ramsay restaurant. But based on our experience, the kitchen staff is in serious danger of tarnishing that reputation, and no amount of compensation can cover their mistakes.

Everything about this meal was horrible. I picked the restaurant because every other Gordon Ramsay restaurant we've patronized had delicious food, excellent service and worth every penny. This food was bland, dry and took an hour to come to the table, while the rest of our party, who arrived late, received their food in 20 minutes. I was highly disappointed and surprised that this was a Gordon Ramsay restaurant.
The lobster was rubbery and the salmon was too salty. The service was excellent. Very nice staff!
Disappointed. We ordered the shellfish tower which was $150 they only give you scraps of seafood NOT WORTH IT. Other places when you order a seafood tower they actually give you a lot of seafood. Then salads weren’t very good, and food overall was honestly lackluster. I enjoyed my sticky toffee pudding but it ended up being burnt on the bottom. Our server was very nice as well as the manager but I think Gordon would be very upset to know his restaurant is overcharging for shitty food as well as putting out stuff for hundreds of dollars that is so not at his level of culinary excellence.

The service was exceptionally fast and excellent. The atmosphere was calming, which allowed for a truly enjoyable dinner. The salmon dish is highly recommended. The jalapeño sauce, while not spicy, provided a refreshing flavor. The sticky toffee dessert, served with butter ice cream, was superb. The sponge cake practically melted in the mouth.

We visited this steakhouse for the first time this evening for my husband’s birthday. It was a great experience. My husband got a chai old fashion to drink and loved it. Our food was delicious and the service was also wonderful. Our server, Bethany, was so kind and responsive.
Would highly recommend for any special occasions.

As I've stated in the past, Gordon Ramsey is for special occasions or when "seniors" simply want to treat themselves. The food is always excellent but I had to REALLY want to treat myself for the Lobster Risotto appetizer for that price. Of course the presentation was nice but....... Enjoy!!!
Totally worth it! Wine list superb! Beef Wellington and the steaks are cooked to perfection. Pureed potatoes the creamiest. Service was outstanding!
Lack of options forced us here. My review is based on results vs price. Spent $190 and no alcohol. The food was the best part but it was just ok and very high price point for just ok. Portions were small and $15 per side. Service was what you expect from Baltimore work force. The restaurant was cold and lifeless. Might as well have been a tgif

Ordered the Caesars salad but it had alot of green leaves in it which were hard to chew. The test of the order was very good.
