They were having equipment issues in the kitchen so the menu was limited. Food was served cold. We have probably eaten at a dozen Ramsay restaurants and they have always been outstanding. This was like living an episode of Kitchen Nightmares. We will say the waiter and the manager were excellent.
Been here before but last night 1/29 was horrible. It was busy I got that. Server was rushing us to order. Brought wrong drinks. Manager gave us nrw ones. Then we ordered new York strip. Not sure what we got. Some meats that looked like raw chicken fats. It was boggy mash kinda meat. We called the waiter and the manager and both claimed it's nyk strip depends on where they cut it. Never have I seen anything like that. They also have a new limited menu.
Food was good. However service was really slow. We waited over 10 min before the server came to greet us with the menu.
Miles was our server and this is the second time we had him. He is very knowledgeable of the menu and makes the overall dining experience, exceptional.
The service was great. The food was great, but we started out with a problem. The restaurant had no bread. The waitress had to tell each table as she brought their drinks. She worked so hard to keep all drinks full and had the bread plates removed. We had a big gap waiting for our food. We were looking forward to the rolls. This is not the first time that this has happened. Another time they were missing quite a few items from the menu, including baked potato. We come here to use points from the casino, otherwise no one would put up with this.Gordon Ramsey needs to come in there and start his shouting.
The food and cocktails were excellent. The menu offered many different types of cuisine. I would hihgly recommend the lobster risotto appetizer (it was delicious). Our server (Miles) was on point throughout the evening.
The bread, salad (Caesar and house) and dessert courses (PB bar and sticky toffee pudding) were good. The appetizer course (lobster risotto) was pretty good. The Wellington was simply not anywhere near as good as it was at Ramsay's Kitchen Boston (hardly any mushroom at all, the dough tasted as if frozen previously, but the steak was fine). The sea bass was delicious. The scallops were also very good. The drinks were good. Our server was great but the support service staff not as strong. Honestly, met expectations for Casino location in Baltimore.
Crab cake was very good, lump crab meat not much filler. I don't usually put anything on my crab cake but it was servered with an Old Bay Aioli on the side that was fantastic. New York steak was tender and cooked to perfection. Pork chop was also great, large and tender. I would also recommend the truffle fries that were crispy and very tasty. Service was top notch.
Amazing experience, great service and great food and drinks. Definitely impressed with Gordon Ramsey's steakhouse.
We have dinner here often. Last night service was horrible. It took 2 hours to get served our dinner after we ordered. Two of the 3 staeks were not cooked to order. Just an aweful experience compaired to what we have been use to.

Restaurant was under staffed it took 40 min to get a drink & 1 hr 15 min to get our dinner which the sides were rushed but entrees were good waiter was doing best he could place has gone done since last visit
great experience....wait staff was pleasant and helpful and professional...thoroughly enjoyed the food
Decent food, terrible value though. Taste wise it’s on par with Texas Roadhouse just x5 the price.

Unfortunately, we had a less than stellar experience at Gordon Ramsay Steak, which we chose to celebrate a special occasion. The faults were entirely with the kitchen. Let me emphasize that the service provided by our server, Miles and his assistants, was exceptional!
We began the evening with cocktails that we're quite good, along with garlic rolls and butter. The rolls were warm and pillow soft, which is important to note, considering what followed.
We ordered the grilled Caesar salad which was chopped, at our request and served with four very large croutons. Unfortunately the croutons, which appeared to be made from the aforementioned garlic rolls were so stale (not crisp, stale) neither of us could cut them with our knives. The salad was delicious, so we wrote off the inedible croutons as a slight misstep in the kitchen.
We were midway through our salads when we were surprisingly served our entrees. The kitchen fired our entrees way to early giving us no time between the salad course and the entrees. I immediately complained to Miles, who apologized profusely and explained the kitchen was responsible for the pace of the courses. He sent his manager over who was also gracious and apologetic and offered to comp our desserts for the error.
The entrees themselves, seared scallops and beef Wellington, were very good and well prepared. However, in a white tablecloth restaurant with the reputation of a Michelin starred chef behind it, such a mistake is inexcusable. Chef Ramsay would be quite disappointed, I'm sure.
The right thing to do would have been to refire our entrees from scratch, but that option wasn't suggested by myself or the MOD.
Despite the errors, we still enjoyed the experience of dining in a Gordon Ramsay restaurant. But based on our experience, the kitchen staff is in serious danger of tarnishing that reputation, and no amount of compensation can cover their mistakes.

Everything about this meal was horrible. I picked the restaurant because every other Gordon Ramsay restaurant we've patronized had delicious food, excellent service and worth every penny. This food was bland, dry and took an hour to come to the table, while the rest of our party, who arrived late, received their food in 20 minutes. I was highly disappointed and surprised that this was a Gordon Ramsay restaurant.
