Great variety and interesting menu.
Steaks were not med-rare as requested, and were waaay too over salted - almost inedible.
Service was horrible- appetizers came out exactly 1-minute before main meal. No room on table for everything. No follow service or offer for water or refill either. Waiter was lost for about 20-mins. Manager came and asked how are things- but didn’t introduce himself and we thought he was some random poorly-dressed drunk person make small talk.
Was expecting much more from Gordon Ramsey on every count.
2 stars only because of interesting menu. Otherwise no stars at all.

Everything was very expensive for very mediocre food. The pork belly was overcooked and dry, the lobster risotto was undercooked, bland, and overpowered by the sauce. It was something I would expect in a cheapo dive but not for $100+ dollars. Also we got to the restaurant at 6 but left at 9pm because every dish took an hour to arrive including dessert and drinks taking an hour.

The Beef Wellington at Gordon Ramsay Steakhouse is a masterpiece. The beef is cooked to perfection, with a beautiful medium-rare center that is incredibly tender and juicy. The golden puff pastry surrounding the beef is crisp and flaky, offering a delightful contrast to the soft texture of the meat. Between the pastry and beef, the layer of mushroom duxelles and a hint of mustard add a rich, earthy flavor, elevating the dish even further.
Each bite melts in your mouth, with the savory, slightly salty seasoning bringing out the best in the beef. The dish is well-balanced, with the delicate flavors of the beef and the buttery pastry complementing each other beautifully. A must-try for any steak lover looking for a refined and satisfying dining experience.

It is in a casino. It has full windows not to the outside scenery but to rows of slot machines. A nice mural would do the restaurant justice. The food is so much better than the surroundings. Service was good, but a bit rushed. A waiter dumped the beef wellington over my son and a dinner roll was launched at the diners at the next table. All of the staff down to the maitre d' were apologetic but did not comp my sons meal, or even offer a free dessert. Sorry doesn't pay the cleaning bill. I can only imagine how Gordon Ramsey would react to that situation (especially at one of "his restaurants").
Parking: Casino parking garage is the easiest/closest parking option.

Worst experience ever! Menu online was outdated. The restaurant was out of king crab, mushrooms, and baked potatoes. Bill was $848.52 w/tip for table of 4. It took over 2 hours to get our entrees. Waiters were great, but food was terrible other than the steaks. Will never go back!
Parking: Parking is supposed to be free and validated by the restaurant. BUT, on game days, parking is $100 and not validated.

I was very disappointed, I go to hell's kitchen multiple times in a month and was expecting my food to be of the same quality my lobster risotto was horrible it definitely was not the same quality. So we chose not to order anything else the staff was amazing just the food was a great disappointment. We will not return we will continue to visit Hell's Kitchen

I have been coming here the past 5 years for my birthday. This year was the only year I ever had to stand around waiting to be sat. My wife's steak was burnt on the outside she could barely chew it. My beef wellington wasn't pink on the inside like normal. We assumed the kitchen was having a problem due to it taking over 30 minutes to get to us. Then they sat 3 of the drunkest/loudest fools on the planet next to us. This is the only year I didn't receive a birthday card. This is the only year they didn't give me a glass of champagne. This is where I go for my birthday, once a year, and they blew it for me. Now my wife and I aren't sure if we will come back to Baltimore next year. I know what to expect when I go to GR steak. This was shocking and out of character. I drive an hour and a half for this dinner. I had to drive home disappointed on my birthday this year.

We went to GRS in Baltimore for my wife's birthday. The wait staff was extremely patient, funny, and well informed about the food and drink options. It is definitely on the pricy side, but the quality meets the price point. The food portions are adult sized. You will be satisfied. S/o to our waitress Bethany. She definitely made our experience enjoyable.

My husband and I have been to this restaurant plenty of times and this most recent visit has been the worst we've ever had. Our steaks were burnt, they advertised a lobster tail as a steak accompaniment and gave me a shrimp, and the sticky toffee pudding tasted stale. We've never had a bad experience until recently.
The food was great and the service was outstanding

I like to give honest reviews and I would probably have given 5 stars but this was just not the best I've ever had. The steaks, beef wellington, mushroom risotto and drinks were amazing! The waiters very VERY attentive, almost too much but still very nice. However, I wasn't wowed by any of the side dishes. The Mac and cheese was just ok. The fingerling potatoes were very bland despite all the parm cheese. The truffle fries I think were personal preference but they also came out room temperature at best so that could be why. I wanted to like the sticky toffee pudding but again it could be an acquired taste, but none of us at the table liked it. Overall it was a great meal but I wouldn't say it is $200pp good

My three sons and I dined here recently. I have nothing but positive things to say. The general manager met us in the reception area and asked us if we had dined there previously. After stating that we had not, we were shown the layout and enlightened on the offerings. Once we were seated a few minutes later our waitress stopped by, introduced herself and explained the specials. The cost was significant but the experience, service and food/beverage justified it. It was certainly one of our best dining experiences and we have traveled extensively. If I had to mention anything negatively it had nothing to do with Gordon Ramsay Steak. The restaurant far outclasses the casino. The ambiance in the casino is lacking while the restaurant experience is top notch. Expect high expense but expect the best. Highly recommended dining.
