Every time I order, the team members, no matter who is there, are always polite. I usually order the same thing so I’m pretty satisfied with my order. If I veer off to something else, I usually like it. if I don’t, I just don’t order it again. Customer service is always A1 though.

Wait is long to get fdOrdered collard greens got string beans instead(was rushing did not check my bag)Shrimp with grits with cheese bacon, and crabs on top ..to salty first time buying it did not like it will never pursue again.The food is average will not recommend nor purchase any food again

Autumn had me wait 30 minutes for my food and then proceeded to tell me she didn’t know what happened to the food. Customer service was horrible for me to have spent over $70. Horrible.

What a delicious meal, but don't go there hungry. We ordered to much food and everything is an add on. Know what you want when you go there. determine what you want to spend. With that said.... this was the best soul food I have had in years. new to the area it hit a sweet spot! the fish and grits topped with crab meat, made me want to curl up in a fetal position and just close my eyes. The comfort I felt and the level of care and attention they spent on the preparing the food had me back in my Grandmothers kitchen. Where can you get really get a soft scrambled egg just the way you asked for it? Here at this place! Everything was seasoned to perfection. The only thing that was a little disappointing was their physical space was closed so they couldn't accommodate indoor seating or use the rest rooms. I have to hand it to them for having a nice patio area where we sat. The staff was amazing and treated you better then your own family. I'm coming back to Granny's.

The manager that works up the front that takes orders is very professional and polite . I asked her questions about certain items on the menu and she was very helpful. I loved her energy and customer service skills it was a plus .
Over priced food. Brought 4 wings and fries, salmon dinner and a cheesecake slice was $68.00. Better off at Popeyes next door, cheaper and better quality food. Felt like the food could have been seasoned more and fried more. Was soggy and under cooked to me.

Solid service for take out. Peach bourbon wings were meaty and beyond wonderful! Crab soup, salad, broccoli- all perfectly delicious. Glad I didn't walk out when I discovered it was take out only.

I ordered a fish and chips lunch special for myself, a crispy Cajun chicken sandwich for my husband, and a side of fried potatoes for us to share and everything tasted great! Each meal came with a heart shaped corn bread muffin that tasted really good and was moist. We also got the lemonade and sweet tea which were great. Our only complaint was that some of the fish still had bones it. That was off putting. But honestly the food was great otherwise!
