bartenders were incredibly rude and condescending to me and my friends. giving us judgy comments and looked based off of what we ordered. not welcoming at all. very obviously stared at us as we walked in the door? in my experience, it’s not very welcoming to folks wanting a cool place to hang with friends. very disappointed at the service here

Great neighborhood hang out. Patrons are totally chill and everyone is there for a good time. Bar tenders are awesome. Reasonably priced with lots of events. 10/10

I have never felt more unwelcome. Well were met with hostility at the var. I’m a teans man and. Have never felt so in welcomed. This establishment is gutter trash to say the least
I could not love this bar more! A warm, friendly atmosphere where everyone is welcome. The drink selection is fire and the chips and snacks are just the icing on the cake. So happy to have this watering hole in my neighborhood.
Only allows “family dogs” whatever that means. Guess you have to be friends with the bartenders or your dog isn’t allowed. Definitely will not be back
Mel’s is the best always
This place is just perfect. The vibes are friendly and relaxed, yet they consistently have cool cocktails and actually take mocktails very seriously. I love them.
Just a great dive bar. Always worth a stop when in the area!

They wouldn't take my real Maryland state ID, but they took someone's passport as valid ID. Make it make sense. They only have chips there too, its not worth your time.
