They have a great beer taps selection and the menu is really good especially their burgers. I like going on Burger Mondays 7.99. service is very great atmosphere is very great. I go here at least twice a month.

Growler USA has one of the best local and national beer selections in the area. Definitely an underrated spot with a large bar, great tv for sports viewing and friendly and caring staff. Great nachos, tots and sandwiches (and healthy portions too!). Apparently there's free parking for four hours in the garage nearby.

Just visited for the first time today and the service was excellent. We ordered the Jumbo Pretzels app which was fresh and hot. It came with two side sauces, honey mustard and cheese (both were good but the cheese sauce was my fav)The Oskar Blues Wild Basin Sparkling Raspberry (fruit beer) was light and refreshing; it is a clear drink so don't be caught off guard lol For my entree, I ordered the Chicken Avocado Club with sidewinder fries, which was fire! I look forward to going back!

I have been wanting to come here since it opened and finally made it. Unfortunately, i think it would have been better left as a desire then an experience. I stopped in to get a bite to eat and try a few beers on my way home. There are so many diverse restaurants in the area its hard to choose sometimes but i chose Growler USA today and was a bit underwhelmed. The only reason this is 3 stars instead of 2, is because for the most part the bartenders where pretty attentive and wanted you to have a good experience. I ordered 5 samples, I am an avid beer enthusiast so usually on a flight there may be 1 or 2 that im not super fond of but to really dislike 4 of the 5, was a surprise to me. Most of them had almost no flavor... i ordered a variety from ciders to saisons from different breweries. I dont know why they just all seemed to run pretty flat in taste. I was hungry so i ordered a Chicken Sandwich with Tots. The sandwich was not crispy, and under seasoned. It was quite a disappointment. This is not an intended plug for another place but the entire time i was thinking to myself, man, i should have probably just gone to Nepenthe. Just a few minutes away, beer always full of variety of flavor, and their food is quite impressive for a brewery. So, ultimately, I will not be returning.

The nachos are awful. The chips themselves are great, but the combination of toppings tasted absolutely disgusting. I ended up pulling out the plain chips from the bottom and making a “meal” out of those. I have never disliked a dish so much. Truly awful. It was my first time there, so I’m sure I’ll go back and try something else, but I highly recommend avoiding the nachos. I left the restaurant 30min ago and still have a bad taste in my mouth, which prompted the need for a review - something I never take time to do. I have never tasted something so bad. Waste of $18. The portion size was also disappointing compared to the size/price of carnitas nacho plates at other Baltimore restaurants. Save your nacho craving for somewhere else. Service was fine, but there were only 4 other people there at the time.

We've come here a few times and love it. The service is great, food is tasty, and there are always great beers on tap! Definitely recommend the Queso as an appetizer and the Craft Fried Chicken Sandwich for an entree.

Great place to enjoy craft beer. Staff was very knowledgeable and provided nice beer conversation.... besides all beer..... THE FOOD! NACHOS WERE AMAZING!!!!! Jalapeno Burger was Delicious!! if your going to have Good Beer you need some good food to go with it. This place knows how to do it.... I suggest checking this place out for lunch... you wont be disappointed. I know I'll be back

Came here for the intent of ordering multiple growlers of local beers for the holiday. My friend and I ordered a flight and the bartender told us it was "Burger Monday" which meant all burgers are $7.99. Wasn't planning on eating, but the bartender's enthusiasm had us looking at the menu. We were excited to see we could substitute a veggie patty at no extra price. We went to order, but was told the veggie patty was not included in the offer. Talking with the manager he said the veggie option cost too much to discount and he was sorry. Really? Do the math! How many people actually order the veggie option that it would cause your company to go under? This company not just lost a very large sale, but future business from beer enthusiast locals. The bartender was amazing and very customer service oriented. He's what would bring us back if they changed their rigid rules.

Im on the fence about this place. In theory it’s exactly what I’m looking for, lots of beer taps, decent space, some food that’s not too expensive. But I feel underwhelmed every time I come, it feels generic, and I’ve never had an experience where I felt wow that was delicious. It’s not a neighborhood bar feel. The beer selection is large but it replicates the majority of the most common craft beers at every single beer store around here. The prices aren’t great, they’re normal, but happy hour is limited to a boring selection, and since they feel like the same craft beers that are everywhere else I don’t feel like having another or coming back. For a short while they had an amazing happy hour where all the beer was game, but that was short lived. The food is a decent quantity for the price but every time I get a burger it’s cooked 1-2 levels more than what I ask for and it’s not flavorful like most of the taverns and burger places around town. Sorry, I really wanted to like this place despite being in a shopping center, but I just don’t feel it.
We were there on a Sunday afternoon and the servers were so friendly and this place is really comfortable, not too noisy. Amazing beer selection and you can try them in 5 oz servings (I enjoyed it and I dont like beer in general, but found one i loved!). Brussel sprouts are totally worth the extra fee for a side.

I would love to give Growler USA @ The Rotunda 5 stars, but the experience my wife and I had tonight as first time guests left us feeling confused, and like we were criminals. It was a really odd experience to say the least. I would love to explain it all in detail but I doubt anyone would want to read the novel I could put here.
