About 50% of the time they have some excellent quality breads for just $0.50 per loaf. Otherwise the $0.50 breads are average quality. They always have quality breads for $2.50 a loaf.
I almost hate to share about such a special place but I will. This store does not just have bread alone, there are many delectable extra things to be had. You can buy the iconic Berger cookies, there are also assorted pies, and cakes, and even the most delicious doughnuts from time to time. And the staff is uniformly helpful, down to earth, and efficient. And yes, they have you covered on a full range of bread products. Visit and see, but not too late.

I swung by the spot because every time I walk down the street it smells like a bakery and I am a huge fan fan. The deals are definitely amazing with bread ranging from two dollars to five dollars. They also have brand-name goodies, such as chips or brownies or cakes (not H&S branded). They have a couple or carts in the back where I guess the bread is close to the expiry date because they are all one dollar from those carts.
