Outdoor venue, uncovered. Dress accordingly if it's raining, there will be mud.

Bad drink service

Nice outdoor venue. I saw Action Bronson and would definitely come back to see other artists.

What a poor excuse for Hammerjacks I figured it wouldn't live up to the name but damn they chose to drag it through the mud. They are vastly unprepared for large crowds inside and out. You'll wait in line for hours after the doors open because they work it so slowly and only have two check lanes, then wait in line to pay for a drink ticket and then wait in another long line to actually pick up the drink. Parking is a mess you'll get scammed into a random side lot because the staff walking around do nothing about the flaggers standing at the turn near the official lot telling you no you have to go down here for parking. Then the show is just in a small gravel lot with poor sound quality and organization. By far the worst venue in Baltimore.

If you like waiting in long lines and missing most of the show, then this is the place for you. If you want to have fun and watch a great show, then stay as far away from Hammerjacks as possible. Completely unorganized and under-staffed. I will never go there again.

Got scammed by fake parking attendants right outside of the venue, by people with safety vests, flags, and even "Event Parking" signs. They parked us in a sketchy back lot so close to one another that I could barely open my car door. Stood in line for and hour, then to get food at the venue I had to stand in line another 30 mins to get a ticket for the line to actually get food and beer. Sounds mixing was bad as well.

This place is small we were at the clutch sold out show so it was very tight the organization of the food and drink line was terrible lots of Portapotties it is located right under the highway and train but was surprised how good the acoustics were also 15 dollar gated parking across street

Nothing there for Ravens fans. They charge $7.00 to get in, no Ravens atmosphere, drinks are expensive. So many places to go that are free before a Ravens game.

Very cool venue. Nice atmosphere. Being by the train tracks is the only negative thing I can say. But had a blast. Nice place.

It’s cool that the shows are outside but the logistics are devastatingly bad. Long lines to get through the door. The beer and food lines will cause you to miss the show. They really need to get this fixed because it’s almost worth missing your fave band because you’ll be so upset with the venue.

Music was great drinks I got were good.Had to stand in line for an hour to buy tickets then stand in another line to get drinks. Weird setup and not a fan

Horribly managed venue. Such a shame because the place has some real potential. Took an hour to get in, another hour to get drinks. We go to 10-12 concerts each year and we’ve never experienced such an absurd system for food/beverages. Wait in line to prepay, and then go to another area to wait in an even longer line to pick up your drinks.Place is surrounded by double stacked shipping containers which made the sound within the venue pretty awful if you weren’t standing near the center.I will say that the staff was very pleasant and the drinks were priced reasonably, but overall I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this venue, and we’ll most likely not return.

The venue wasn't bad, but getting a drink was a nightmare. There is 0 reason to have to stand in line 45 min to pick up your drink, after standing in a separate line to place/pay for the order and receive your drink ticket.I've worked in restaurants for over 20 years and have seen people bartending for the first time move more quickly than those people.. and all they were doing was taking your ticket and pulling a drink out of a cooler.Definitely didn't bother trying to get another drink.

Such a bad experience. Not equipped to handle the size crowd they had, parking attendants were yelling at people and tried to charge me $20 to go under a bridge by a homeless encampment. I missed the entire first set regardless of showing up 30 mins before the start time because they got people in so slowly. Line system for drinks and foods made no sense (go through one line to pay, another to get drinks and its one spot) and there were no signs explaining the system. Plus the beer was warm...
