Clean establishment, great service, and most importantly delicious food. Highly recommend the cheesesteak sandwich. Pizza looked good also, but did not try it.

The service was exceptionally pleasant and remarkably expeditious. However, the quality of the product did not overshadow the aforementioned. But I will note that the interaction I had with the dude who took my order was nothing short of harmonious. "Akuna Matata". He knows. ?

While staying at a nearby hotel for work, I ordered online and picked up takeout. I had the chicken cordon bleu sandwich. It could have used a bit more seasoning imo, but overall, it was good. I was a little surprised at the $18 price, but it did come with a huge serving of fries and a 20 oz bottled drink, so it was worth it. I had minimal interaction with the staff, but they were very friendly and helpful.

The pizza was fantastic! Bought just one slice of pepperoni and a drink. They put it in the oven and heat it up. The crust was perfect ? I'll be back to order a large pizza and take a picture. Really a nice establishment. Friendly cashier.

First time in the city of Baltimore. Walking around trying to find some food, and we ran across this gem.I had the signature crab cake Sandwich(The Godfather JP). My son had the buffalo wings, with a side of fresh cut fries. The crab sandwich was delicious, and fresh. The wings were served hot, and you could smell the sauce coming from the plastic container. The fries were good, especially with the added malt vinegar yum yum.The service was great, and the dine in experience was even better.Parking: If you can catch an uber, great! But, if you're coming from one of the near-by hotel's. Walking is the best option.

Margherita Pizza was super greasy, bland etc. Maybe it was because I tried another margarita slice prior night at restaurant nearby that was far superior with blistered red tomatoes & the most incredible sauce and toppings. I had wanted to order a salad and they sent me to a refrigerator bin where they were all pre-made and nothing fresh. And the atmosphere was terrible because they had Fox News on on every TV trying to dumb us all down.

Lady at the front was rude and unprofessional. Pizza looked crusty and dry. Was turned off enough to turn away and not give them my business.

I was excited to try the crab cakes here until right after I ordered, when I noticed that they leave crab cakes out unrefrigerated for a while after they prepare them. That is unacceptable and against health code. Call me racist, but this is very common with Latino-owned business (my wife is Latina, they are great people in many ways, but food 90% of the time is badly handled). I hope they change their practices here since I am not the only one who has written a bad reference about such practices.

So today I decided to stop at Harbor East Delicatessen to see what all the hype is about. The parking was pretty hectic but that's to be expected lunch time down harbor east. The place wasn't reallly crowd just a group of firefighters but luckily for me they had already ordered. Upon checking out the menu I decided on the H&S. Don't ask me why it's called that cause truthfully it was a Rueben. Everything was good up until my food came. First off the seating area isn't too well suited for big guys as I struggled getting comfort at a booth with this belly of mines. Second unfortunately was my meal. The chips really upset me cause I paid $2 for the little bag that comes in a kindergartener's lunch box. But then it gets better as the H&S was delicious but unlike any other sandwich shop in Baltimore these guys elect to be stingy with the meat. This was the first Rueben i ever had in Baltimore that wasn't packed full of meat. In fact it was part of the sandwich that wasn't nothing but bread which was disheartening. But the prices & taste warrants me coming back here again to check some of the pizza & other items out just never the Rueben again lol
