Service was excellent, our waitress checked in with us multiple times and responded to requests promptly. Food was good...nothing extraordinary but certainly tasty. We were a bit disappointed that the Eagles game was not on a TV. But otherwise, a great experience.

Do not come here if you are looking for an enjoyable evening. We had reserved a high-top table and the Thanksgiving dinner, yet no one acknowledged this or asked about it upon arrival. We decided not to make an issue of it. Our server handed us regular menus without offering any explanation of the Thanksgiving menu, so we chose to order à la carte instead. The first round of drinks arrived reasonably quickly, but we had to request our second drinks only after our food had already been served, and they did not arrive until we were nearly finished eating. We also had to ask twice for the sauce before it was finally brought to the table. Throughout the evening, the server was curt, unfriendly, and made no effort to check in on us at any point during the meal. When it came time to pay, we placed our credit card in the bill folder. The server returned with the folder empty, claiming there was no card inside. My husband had definitely put it in, and the card was later found on the floor near the bar. Even then, the server remained abrupt, unprofessional, and completely lacking in customer service. We addressed our concerns with the manager. As we were leaving, the server loudly and sarcastically called out a goodbye across the restaurant, which was entirely inappropriate and disrespectful. It was an astonishing display of unprofessional behavior—unlike anything we have experienced anywhere else in the world.

My companion's order was wrong to the point that she couldn't eat it. She reluctantly sent it back and it came back as a descent hamburger. My meal was the Thanksgiving 'Turkey Special' and was definitely rushed out. It was served with no utensils, which the server fixed quickly, and with no butter or margarine, which I asked for 3 times and waited so long to receive that the meal which wasn't hot enough to begin with, would now not melt the butter. The turkey itself, other than temperature was about as good as I'd expect in any decent restaurant while the rest of the meal was barely adequate. I realize that part of the price is the tourist location and the decor, but I didn't feel it was as good as it should have been for the price paid. And the server, who honored all of our requests but took a long time for most things. But I think he was trying to do well but was clearly overworked.

Service was a bit slow seeing as there was only about 10 people in the whole place. The place could hold 300 easy. My wife went into the merchandise area and found a hat she wanted. There was no one to ring it up. She bought it back to our table and the bartender added it to our bill. The meal was ok typical chain restaurant stuff. But when they brought the bill and it had the recommended tip amount at the bottom, it included the price of the food. Sorry I don't tip on clothes.

The seats in the booth need to be repaired. I'm below the average weight for an adult and my seat sagged so much from lack of a support that I felt like I needed a booster seat. My back hurt by the end of the meal. This lack of basic upkeep for what they charge for just average food is unacceptable.
