My first time at the Hard Rock Cafe, even though I live in NYC! Our server George made terrific dessert recommendations. The hostess and staff accepted my Canine Companions trained service dog without any trouble.

went for lunch after arriving at my hotel in the inner harbor, got 2 appetizers my friends and i shared. the bancock spicy shrimp was almost bland and not a hint of spiciness to be tasted. they are understaffed and had a 45 min wait time at 2ish in the afternoon with lots of open tables so we sat at the bar. the bartender kept up fairly well with drink and food orders but i won't go there again.

We had Miles as our bartender at the Baltimore HardRock and he was great. We arrived early and there were only a few customers in the place. He was cheerful and attentive. Made a great drinks, told us about the area and just services.
