My first time at the Hard Rock Cafe, even though I live in NYC! Our server George made terrific dessert recommendations. The hostess and staff accepted my Canine Companions trained service dog without any trouble.

Had an amazing time! Our server George was super nice, very quick and wonderfully attentive to the table! Absolutely made our dinning experience ten times better, especially when the manager (Steven) came over to check on us toward the end!

went for lunch after arriving at my hotel in the inner harbor, got 2 appetizers my friends and i shared. the bancock spicy shrimp was almost bland and not a hint of spiciness to be tasted. they are understaffed and had a 45 min wait time at 2ish in the afternoon with lots of open tables so we sat at the bar. the bartender kept up fairly well with drink and food orders but i won't go there again.
