Neighborhood gem. Live in this area and recently found this place. Food resembles Italian dinner food, they have daily specials and everything ive had is solid. Drink pours are STRONG. If you want a low key experience they have a dine side and if you wanna get lit they have a bar side too.

I love the $25 steamed crab shrimp and corn happy hour special. At least 2 of my crabs were mushy this time but overall great meal and price

I've been coming here for years. So happy the quality of the food remains the same. My server was pleasant, and my drink was incredible.

Hazelwood Inn is a solid go-to spot in Baltimore County. The prices are great, the drinks are strong, and the food is always on point — fresh, tasty, and served in generous portions. Whether you’re grabbing a bite or just relaxing with a drink, it’s a laid-back place with a comfortable vibe.

Service is okay — not bad, just nothing over the top — but everything else makes up for it. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area!

Came in with my mouth set for som crabs been here before had no problems. But tonight was terrible crabs were nasty and mushy talk to the manager he was slow and did not understand that serving mushy crabs is dangerous then he say the person cooking them don’t no what they doing so you as a manager is suppose to fix him. He said for 2 days the crabs weren’t no good. Then they had no limes for the coronas. Won’t be here for a while the server Shannon as attitude issues they really have changed. They use to be really good.

I visited Hazelwood Inn on Sunday, June 22nd, I had a truly disappointing experience. While dining, I saw a rodent crawl up from the sign that was on the table while my family and I were eating, which was extremely alarming and unacceptable for any food establishment.

I immediately lost my appetite and brought it to the attention of the staff, but their response was dismissive and unbothered, and did not start her response with an apology which only made the situation worse. Cleanliness should be a top priority for any restaurant, and seeing a rodent is not only disgusting but a serious health concern.

I ended up leaving without finishing my meal. I strongly urge the management to take immediate action and hope the health department investigates this matter. Until significant changes are made, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
