Really glad to have a place nearby that serves actual fresh, healthy food instead of the greasy fast-food choices in the immediate area. They give great portion sizes too. The staff are friendly and easygoing, and the vibe is kind of a mix between casual and classy. I go here all the time.

Food was very very good, I called for a pick up order and it was ready in 15 minutes. Chicken kebab and beef seek kebab with Pallaw very fresh and flavorful.
Iām not a fan of turnips, but overall the sautĆ©ed seasonal vegetable mix was very good! Sweet staff at front desk, and prices very affordable!

I had lunch here; it was pleasant, with a nice atmosphere. The food was fresh, tasty, and tasted authentic. Our server was very attentive and accommodating. I had their Spicy Chicken Kabob, which was a tad too spicy for my taste, but very good, nonetheless.

We visited today for lunch, driving for about an hour to get there. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was both professional and friendly. However, the food didnāt meet my expectations. We ordered Qabuli and kabobs, and when the food arrived, I was surprised. Iāve never had spicy Qabuli palaw with Pakistani seasoning before, and honestly, I didnāt enjoy it. Additionally, the food was served in a bowl with mixed vegetables, which I didnāt likeāIād prefer they ask or serve the vegetables as a side dish. If your restaurant is branded as Afghani, I believe you should serve authentic Afghan dishes with our own spices, staying true to how the food is traditionally prepared. Afghans never add spices or Pakistani food coloring to Qabuli Palaw.
There was no option to reply back to you so I am answering you here.
Char Masala is different from Pakistani seasoning, and Afghan Kabuli Palaw has never been spicy or made with turnip or squash. Traditionally, caramelized sugar is used to give it its rich color, not turmeric. Unfortunately, you used turmeric, which completely changed the flavor. I feel like I wasted my money at your restaurant because the food was awful and not authentic. As a customer, I have the right to provide honest feedback, and I expect better quality. Also, donāt be racist in your responseāI am proud to be from Khair Khana or Koti Sangi, and I care about preserving the true taste of Afghan cuisine.

The best food in John Hopkins area of Baltimore! I was struggling to find healthy, fresh and tasty food in that area and was very happy to find that restaurant. Kind people and great food, like home made. Especially I liked soups and salads. Thank you so much!

No one was there to take my order. I waited a few minutes and left.
I ordered a meal at 10:44AM that was my mistake not noticing it didnāt open till 11AM. I got there about 10:50 and waited they are in there I see them they see me itās not 11:08. The app says my food will be done at 11:09. Itās cold in this corridor and they are in there in front of me and the sign says 11AM and they havenāt opened the door. This is extremely poor customer service and lack of consideration. When I saw they opened at 11 I tried to close the order ans the toast app did not allow me to cancel

Amazing Afghan restaurant with delicious food and a great ambiance! Loved their Lebanese wine selection! Great service and loved their meat dishes and vegetarian small plates.
Great for lunch. Really good and healthy dishes. Mushroom wrap is the bomb, and the soups are outstanding with the bread you get on the side. An underappreciated gem in East Baltimore.
