I used to come here pretty frequently for the brown sugar milk tea. Today it tasted completely wrong and the color was off too. Maybe the person who made it is still in training? Got it remade and the taste/color is still off. Not enough syrup, just tastes like straight milk. This place used to be consistent but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore.

The tea here is just fine. I ordered a rose milk tea. They were out of boba which is a little crazy for a boba shop. And the rose tea didn't taste much like rose syrup and wasn't tinted pink. The fun colors are half the appeal of boba so this was disappointing.
Maybe I went at the wrong time of day, but there were no vibes inside the shop. Completely empty, low stock shelves, and everything looked dingy. I placed my order at the kiosk and the person behind the counter never so much as smiled at me. This place could use a good cleaning, a fresh coat of paint and a little enthusiasm. Other than location, there's no reason to choose this shop over other options.

So happy I happened upon this place. Delicious bubble tea and even more delicious food, all at incredibly reasonable prices! I will be coming back here regularly!
Tea is good if you can even get it. Came in my last visit to see that they are no longer taking orders in person and that they have installed kiosks… fine. I truly don’t mind and generally prefer this if it were not for the “convenience fee” tacked on to your order for using the machine. The kiosk also said the boba tea place was out of boba. I tried to clarify this with an employee (because sometimes the availability isn’t updated on the computer) and could not find one to speak to. For these 2 reasons I ended up leaving without ordering. I will say when I’ve had it in the past it was good but I would not go back after this experience unless service was updated.

I ordered a mango *fruit* tea through the kiosk (and confirmed via text receipt). After about 20 minutes (only one person working, I get it), I received a mango *milk* tea. I tried to explain to the barista that the order was wrong. He just smiled and said, "No English." Luckily, the milk tea was tasty, and it's supposedly non-dairy. The bubbles were also good. But definitely disappointing that I paid $8 for the wrong order and there was nothing that could be done about it.

This boba shop is located on the ground floor of a apartment building, and although there is not too much in terms of atmosphere (however, there is some nice cafe music and there is a lot of seating, which is great for groups). The tea I tried tasted amazing, and the boba was top-notch. They also have some cooked food on the menu and some Asian snacks + cooking items for sale too :)

Pretty mediocre. The bubble tea itself is not terrible, but there’s not much variety, the ambience and the service are really bad, and the orders take forever to come out even when there are no other customers. All of the Towson bubble tea places are better than this one.
