Ordered catfish nuggets and chicken tenders with some legs added. My catfish tasted like mold. Wont even refund my order. They also don't listen to online orders when i say no not sauce only boq. The chicken was the only reason i gave 2 stars

I ordered the fried Catfish with fries when I got home and was ready to eat well at least tried to eat the fish was fried too hard and not chewable at all but the the fries was good I don’t recommend their fish nor the chicken from this location by Eastpoint Mall sorry for the bad review yall just gotta step it up in food quality

By far the worse place I’ve actually ever been and literally that’s saying something , only guys working so im assuming only them use the restroom I went in there the toliet seat looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months there was blood piss and unknown substances all just stained into the toilet seat and mind you the whole seat was falling off anyways , so I said no not even attempting with this bathroom so I continued to wait for my order 40 minutes go by and three people that ordered behind me got their food before I got mine that’s when I finally got up and was like ??? I was like what’s going on and my food was just sitting behind the counter getting cold I watched him grab it , and then I tell him the bathrooms disgusting and I’ve been holding my pee for 40 mins now cause they can’t even get 10 wings out literally that’s it no sides nothing just 10 regular wings and I waited 40 mins , I absolutely will never return to this location, others are fine this location needs to be shut down for health concerns (after seeing the bathrooms I would’ve never ate here ever it was a DoorDash order I was picking up and the pickup time was 6:01 and I didn’t get it till 6:30 which the pickup time is the time you should have the order by cause mind you I already had the order and still drove 10 mins there just for it still not to be ready and wait 30 mins in store) I let the person that ordered it know too cause with how dirty and nasty this building is I felt wrong not telling the customer.

They said, something in Spanish to sabotage Black folks food. All, of them started laughing. When, I got home all my food was seasoned toooooooooo much and the food was cooked so hard I couldn't even eat it. Just, can't get pass all that seasoned they put on it. I am telling everyone not to eat there. Am giving them less than a ZERO. THEY CAN HAVE THAT LITTLE BIT OF MONEY. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO EAT. WASTE OF MONEY. ?????????????

If I come to this place at 9:30pm and the hours say you’re open until 10pm why am I being told you’re closed, and no one answering the phone even before 9:30pm. You better get this together Eastern Ave Hip Hop Chicken. Don’t let it happen again.

First time.... and LAST time!!!I placed an order for delivery. They couldn't fulfill the order! Instead of a refund to my original payment method.... they tried giving an UNUSABLE store credit! I had to call in order to get my refund!!I've never eaten anything from this place before..... and apparently, NEVER will!!!!It's sad.... when your first experience is also your last, due to poor and extremely suspicious service....
