I am the first time customer. My Airbnb bills nearby so I was looking for a place in the neighborhood and I saw hip hop fish and chicken and thought that this was black owned when I went into the restaurant I was completely wrong but other than that the service was just okay there was a large language barrier with the workers in the back. The gizzards that I ordered were kind of hard and rubbery but the catfish nuggets were perfect.

First time customer, food (trout) was great & the menu is endless . Atmosphere is ok , the line moved pretty slow but it’s worth the wait .The next time that I’m in East Baltimore I’m definitely checking this place out .

Always delicious, hot and great customer service. They know the regular ones that frequent this establishment. Food is consistently good - got to put the "crack" on it - either chicken, fish, fries. Amazing sweet tea, get the Large. Prices are good as well.
