Usually real good fresh made buns and danish.got a blue berry bun today, September 3,2021It tasted as if fruit was straight out of a can , and packaged bun.I'm sorry, I love this place but someone got lazy or greedy...Please make them the way you always do.Not like the third world make believe bakeries that have popped up.You guys are better than this?

The service was outstanding, probably one of the best I experienced. The donuts were yummy and fresh. The dough especially was amazing. The jelly was ok, bit too much. We are not from the area, but will definitely come back whenever we are close by. Thank you.

Old school Baltimore bakery that I can’t get enough of. Everything is baked fresh daily and the donuts are delicious. I always leave with a honey dipped and marshmallow filled, but the Bismarck is great too. Had a slice of peach cake today and I’m in heaven. The slab cakes might be my new favorite thing.

I tried their strawberry donuts at work and fell in love, so I went to pick some up on a Wednesday. Apparently they only have the strawberry donuts on a particular day (along with only having bread a particular day?) every week. I therefore waited until Saturday when they would supposedly have the donuts, and arrived 10 minutes before closing only to find out they were already closed? I double checked their hours and sure enough they closed early Friday r no apparent reason. If you want convenience go anywhere else
Its small but they have good pastries and anything sweet you like.

Absolutely amazing. Hoehns is a scratch bakery family owned Sometimes everything is the same when I come but majority of the time it’s different. It’s great. That’s the reason why we go to a scratch bakery. They don’t have machines icing donuts the donuts. Sometimes we get a cake with more dough than other days. It’s great. That’s what you call scratch. That’s what you want to see. You don’t want it the same all the time. It goes in your stomach anyway.Small businesses need our support not our negative reviews. We used to love this bakery as they sold delicious authentic German baked goods. Now you're lucky if they don't give you a cake that's lopsided and the icing is essentially melting off. We told them this, they took the cake in the back and brought the same cake back out telling us this one was better and arguing it isn't the same exact cake as before with the icing more on the lid than on the cake. We will not be going back here anymore.
