I got DoorDash and order two sauces: one inside the noodles and one on the side. not one but two. I got NOT SAUCE AT ALL.NO sauce in the noodles and NO sauce on the side. This is already unacceptable. I called DoorDash and sorted it out and got my refund, but when I called Honeygrow the lady on the phone was incredibly dismissive of my issues. I simply called just to make sure that someone didn’t experience the same pain and suffering that I just did. The lady I spoke to hung up on me mid call. Mind you now I’m left hungry. With no sauce. And now agitated. Not only did they lose a loyal customer, but they lost my respect with it. Think twice before ordering extra sauce here. $60 down the drain. Heart crushed.

Over the years, this place has gone seriously downhill. I travel to Baltimore once a year now for 8 years. At first, I loved this place, went every day. But it has determinate to the point of inedible. It’s been bad for a few years but this last trip, I tried it twice and I had to throw the salads out. They need to go to Chopt or the like and learn how to make a salad. Get some better options/toppings. Make an effort. Learn how to toss the dressing. Learn how to work with kale if you’re going to offer it. The service was as bad as the food as well. Employees laughing, having a good time, then turn to you and act like you’re bothering them. Not friendly. Cold. This place will be out of business any day now. Cannot last like this.

Just wanted to shout out how well the staff handled the AWS outage. Kiosks and online order were down, but they were directing people to line up and they could put orders into the point of sale terminals.
Been to this location several times and they're fairly quick and the food is good. Staff is quick and friendly. It's fast casual so it's a tad pricey, but still a good choice for lunch!
