While I cannot speak on the atmosphere, as I was picking up a to go order, I can speak on the customer service experience. The host, whose name I know I am about to misspell, Jajijuin. Was nothing short of a delight. He had an infectious upbeat personality, and though I was delayed in retrieving my order, he had it ready for me to pick up with ease. The art of customer service is seemingly lost in 2025, but not here, and not with him. Thank you for your pleasant service!

It was the worst really the worst first off all staff need to learn customer service even little bit they need to learn I don’t accept I bring your food give me my tip you need to deserve it, you need to answer my question you need to say thank you or you re welcome even these basic things they should do and another thing is their coffe is trash maybe it has been sitting from yesterday that kinda gross coffe they have , I think they need to check it every hour I hope after these comments management take them serious and change something

Awful customer service, our waitress was very busy while other employees were doing basically nothing. Food was good but the experience was bad. That was our second and last visit to the place.

If I could put zero stars I would, this place smelled like dirty mop water, the utensils was dirty, the overall service was terrible. We was carded before we walked in the establishment and also carded while Inside also. Highly wouldn’t recommend

Took 1 hour to get food, waitress disappeared for 20 minutes. They told us it was because of online orders. Then missed 1 of the meals for our party. Not a good experience.

This place is a genuine mess the associates are ell either on there phones sitting down talking or eating the customer service is genuinely poor. There are recipes On the counters and straws on the floor it looks poorly maintenance even the silverware is all in a plastic container this place is a genuine mess and should be shut down and even the seats for waiting i sat down and almost went through it this is horrible

I live in Pikesville right near a IHOP and I choose to go all the to the Harbor to go to the location on Pratt Street. Ive always gotten great service there. I generally look for Mya as she's a great server with a great personality. I love going here and will continue to. When ya go by, Tell Mya That Kirb gave you the word. And enjoy your food!

They only thing that was good was our waitress, she was very nice and apologetic for waiting 40 minutes for our food . The food was ok my daughter’s food arrived after we finished ours and it was cold . The place smelled bad and was not clean .

Very unorganized. We came and there were 2 people before us. We had been asked by the server, are we dining in. We said yes.so the 2 people before us. Then she disappeared. After that 1 guy came and gave the seat to us first.
The server came for taking order, then she just left us before asking the deinks, she said she'll be come back. And sisappeared again. Then came another server. This time she was OK

The Trixter

Our waitress/hostess was literally so unprofessional the whole time “what you want” and our drinks were literally empty and she didn’t even offer to refill them. When we were ordering she didn’t even ask me what I wanted and we had to say something as she was about to walk away.. slid us the check after not refilling drinks or anything. She literally had an attitude the whole time. Last time we went I tipped the guy 15 dollars bc he was sweet and very attentive so it was very upsetting to go there and have literally no service. Not to mention it was probably 15 minutes before anyone even greeted us at the door.

Stopped by with a friend today, and this place never disappointed us. Don't get tricked by the other bad reviews. This place is worth spending your money. The food is good, as well as the service. Our server Isriael was perfect (10/10). Thank you so much.

We didn't even sit down. The inside was as hot as the outside, and it smelled like pee inside. Our shoes were sticking to the floor as we walked to the table.
