Employees were rude and over worked . They didn’t acknowledge that I was there waiting at the front .this was at 6:15am . Very poor service, filthy store inside , as I waited for an order to be handed to me that was already completed 10 minutes before my arrival a roach was crawling on the kitchen door . I’d skip this one for sure . Please please please be aware of what’s going on around you. People just don’t care about doing the job and maintaining a safe clean work space and providing great costumer service . I will never ever eat from there again .

If I Could Give 0 Stars for this location I would. EVERYONE is unprofessional Including the Manager on duty. Spoke to hiring manager Jay regarding a job position to sit and wait to be interviewed for 2 hours just to have a 5 min interview. Was told to come back (per Jay told me to wear all black but I know he didn’t) I did not fill out no paperwork stating I got the job. Came back with not all black on and was turned around and was told to come back the next day. Came back the next day with all black and the hiring manager Jay was not there. Manager on duty could not help me nor would call the person who told me to come back up there. I left. Called the next day to speak with Jay and my concerns of the professionalism and he bashed me for not turning up in all black the first day. I would not recommend this location to eat or for a job to anyone.

3-12-2025 noonish..(Place had two tables with people sitting). Took close to 15 minutes to get a seat. Not one single staff member was seen the whole time. Once seated zero service of any type for another 20 minutes...not one single staff member was on the floor the whole time. No water, coffee or even silverware. Once I ordered, I was in a forgiving mood because I was hungry. Fried eggs and bacon came 1/2 hour later (still only two tables seated and they had their food...so not like they were busy?) I proceed to taste the food and it was all ice cold. It was so cold the yellows of my eggs were solidly congealed and the potatoes were even colder. So after investing more than an hour trying to get some eggs...I'd had enough, told waitress I wasn't going to eat this, nor pay for this, got up and left. The server did comp my cup of coffee that I offered to pay for. My question is how long was my food sitting somewhere and what does the health department feel about that? Some of the worst "service" I have ever had. Lastly, while sitting there for over an hour, at least 6-7 tables walked out due to the lack of service. Doesn't seem to be a good way to make a profit for your business when you ignore double digits worth of customers to the point they walk out?

Made suggestions on the menu for our options. They were out of impossible sausage.
But the food was good and came out fairly quick.

The FBI and feds will raid and surveillance this place if I release this private video I'm glad it be recorded around 3am to 4am we place orders and be having to call to make arrangements we wonder why nobody never picks up we hired people to arrive just to catch the workers outside smoking in front of the store is why they never picks up the owner better reply and swear that they take action or I'm getting feds involved and bbb and every complaint websites and companies in the world this a serious matter I understand if one person outside but everybody shouldn't be outside at once
I just left because there were about 10 workers although there was trash everywhere, tables unclean and a rude host. It was my first and last time. Sad that such a bad place isn't the heart of downtown. NEEDS NEW

Waited over 15 min for a drink then 2 minutes into eating I took a bite of my eggs and taste ham in my eggs and I DO NOT eat pork, haven’t for years. I ordered 2 eggs... how do you slip up and add ham to someone's eggs? The lady watched me spit out my food, I then I ask her to cancel the whole order and she looked at me crazy. She came back and said they couldn't do it, they only discount and came with a undiscounted receipt. The environment and everything in it is honestly trifling, to be honest that's just to scratch the surface. Trifling is me being extremely nice.
