Horrendous. Not sure why I expected anything different but this place is a mess. Waitress had attitude from the jump. The food took forever and I was sick immediately after I ate. Coffee was disgusting. Don’t waste your time.

The food was good. However, the staff was like something out of an episode of Jerry Springer. Lots of loud infighting, profanity, and the food took over 30 minutes to arrive, despite being fully-staffed and uncrowded. They did not represent IHOP well at all. Next time, we'll try the local eateries.

The night shift waitress Kourtney was a phenomenal hostess. Her warm and amazing spirit made the atmosphere feel welcoming and homey. I was visiting from Miami and I highly recommend!!!

This is the worst restaurant I’ve ever been.Service -0.It took about 30mins to get anyone to take other for drink.We had to call them before they took our order.

Took over a hour to get our food and people that came in after us got their food fast. Couldn't even get our utensils and condiments so we had to ask several times. Never coming back here again
Waiter was clearly unknowledgeable about the menu. I asked her if she can do GF buns on a burger and she said only without protein. Then she took me through the menu and showed me the burger options and finally said no they don't do GF burgers. So I choose a grilled chicken entree instead.
They took over 25 mins to get our groups food ready. Waiter brought my auntie a battered chicken with her salad and me a battered chicken entree. I said I couldn't eat that. Waiter said they were out of grilled chicken. I said I am gf and I'm not gonna eat that. She said ok took the plate and never came back to offer another order. She should've told me in the first place that grilled option was sold out for the day. Terribly experience

Server was a nice guy. I ordered steak and eggs, I know IHOP is not where you go for steak, but I asked if the cook knew how to do good steak and was told he did. Ordered rare, first one came out basically well done, I sent it back and they brought me out one that was literally still cold as if out of spite. Sent that back and just ate my eggs which were also not correct was charged for the steak and had to tell them to take it off my bill, gave me a new bill, still charged for my steak and had to send the bill back to be corrected.My suggestion don't order steak at IHOP and management don't have steak on the menu if your cook can only make pancakes.

In the 7 years that this restaurant has been open I’ve only been to this location twice. Once last year and more recently a few weeks ago. Both times the service was unsatisfactory and the food was bland or overdone with wait times upwards of 20 minutes. My most recent visit the restaurant appeared to be understaffed which typically seems to be the case. After waiting a while to receive our food which somehow was bland and too salty at the same time. Our waiter “Bonesy/Bones” barely checked up on us and forgot some small add on’s for our order accompanied by serving our food with plastic utensils…. The only good thing I can about this restaurant is how delicious the pancakes are.
