The restaurant was not remotely busy, and appeared to be full of staff, but it took 30 minutes for someone to come take our order. My kids were excited about getting a fruit cup and a milkshake, but the restaurant was apparently out of fruit and said no milkshakes. One kid ordered the French toast sticks with chocolate dipping sauce, but it came without the sauce.When we finally flagged someone down, they said they were out of sauce. I asked for some chocolate chips instead, which they had, but never brought.The drinks didn't come until after the meal, after I reminded the wait staff several times (and requested chocolate chips several times, which never came).I would not recommend eating here.

I hardly ever leave a review but this place is horrible . Horrible enough to warn people not to even waste their time going !!! Rude employees, extremely slow service , questionable sanitation and food preparation. Terrible

We got here as a group of 5. Our server Bryan M was very rude to all the guests and will not even properly listen to the orders. The food was slammed on the table and utensils were literally shoved in our face. The pancakes were really dry and the burger was not tasty at all. Overall poor experience. Will not recommend this area.Parking: There is a parking lot the left but it’s not free

My girl friend has been sitting in a booth for over 3in half hrs on Easter Sunday and had to wait to get served her food why is that she is sitting in the first booth to your right when you enter IHOP.

This location is TERRIBLE! Staff is miserable & food is nasty! Their bathroom is terrifying.I came with my family and service sucked. The food was bad we had to send it back. The sodas are so watered down and they give NO ICE. The servers were so unapproachable and had a attitude THE WHOLE TIME. I will not be coming back here.

The ABSOLUTE DRIEST burger on the face of earth. Not even the most fundamental ingredient on it which is mayo! Without exaggerating, it tasted like cardboard. To the left of this dry creation, a couple strands of fries. My family had an assortment of dry pancakes, dry eggs, dry and burned bacon. Are you seeing the theme here? Dry. Dry. Sahara Desert Dry. Minus five stars for food.3. We washed all this dry food down with the most watered down soda which had literally two melting ice cubes floating on top.4. This is all happening around 2PM on a Friday with the place only having 4 tables seated. Ours being the largest party of 7.5. And the bathroom? ? DISGUSTING. Enter at your own risk.We weren’t the only ones voicing our distaste for this place. Perhaps they’ll recover soon to write a review.No work ethic amongst the workers, no desire to serve customers, nothing. Nada. Zilch! Perhaps a little good ole’ elbow grease would’ve hydrated my burger a little bit.This is by far the worst representation of an IHOP and I have been to many in and out of state.

Arrived with a party of 4 on a Tuesday at 2:30pm. The snarky employee told us it would be a minute before we were served. We waited and waited nearly half an hour before we had to go to our concert hungry to avoid being late. No server ever came to our table even though the restaurant was next to empty. Awful service. Horrible service since you enter this place, if you are in a rush or trying to enjoy a meal do not come here these people don’t care about their job or you!!!The eggs were horrible, I just got one piece of bacon when I was supposed to get 2, the food got to my table cold and with the butter all melted already and so far they have the worst and most disgusting hash browns ever, no mention that the lady serving us didn’t even bother to come by after she took the order and someone else had to bring the food.

It took a while to get a waitress to serve us it was only one table in there eating… they never brought my pancakes out with my meal, forgot cheese and gave me 2 cups of ranch but mind you the ranch wasn’t even half way, we tipped it over so it could come out it didn’t move, when I tell you the poured a drop of ranch as if we was supposed to use it, the only reason we got more ranch is because I said something. Here you are giving us 2 big bowls of salad with what ranch smh. the waiter said they were waiting to get more ranch in the back, so why bring that out and then when we told the manager he told my son it looks like your salad is pretty wet!, me and my niece was confused and we said you cannot be serious, you couldn’t understand the manager from the way he was talking with all the gold in his mouth, that’s so unprofessional especially downtown harbor, it’s not a welcoming ihop, food was really good thou but I will not be back at that one.
