If I could give them zero stars, I would. My granddaughters French toast had a fly cooked into it. They never brought one side of hash browns. My other granddaughter got a side of fruit that the waitress forget. When we asked for it, she rolled her eyes, then went and got it. When she brought it back, she looked at it before she put it on the table and said " I forgot something", went behind a wall, and came back out with the same cup. No clue what she saw or removed from the fruit, we threw it away. They took the cost of the fly cooked french toast off the bill, which came to $46.97. I gave the waitress 4 $20s and asked her to break the extra $20. She brought back $13.00 and said they had "no change" for the $.03. I asked her about the change for the additional $20, she said I never gave her $80, and we'd have to wait until the manager got there to review the security tape. At that point, my granddaughter returned from the restroom. Which she didn't use because it was so disgusting, and we were all so grossed out that we walked out in frustration. In between ignoring her customers, our waitress was busy on her phone and canoodling with one of the other male wait staff. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HELLHOLE.

We love IHOP but we just left the Kingsport location at 10:15p.m. along with 6 other waiting customers as the waitress and cook and all employees had walked out of the 24/7 location. They weren't even there when we arrived. Doors unlocked, everything on. We were told by other customers at their table that the waitress would be right back, she had to run an errand. The restaurant literally has no one responsible for it right now. We were looking forward to eating there but unfortunately, this is obviously very unprofessional. The restaurant wasn't full, only 2 couples eating. One couple was literally getting their own drinks. What has happened to what was once my favorite place?

This mashed potato is so dry with no butter or any kind of fats in there.
this is the second IHOP we've The other one I'm Pratt Street The food was no good I mean when you come in the door The person at the door she's teach you and then we waited over 20-25 minutes for someone to acknowledge us another server told this server why don't you ask them what do they want to drink she came over asked us we said coffee. The meal didn't come for another half an hour we finally got our water,also given the wrong check.

Small, friendly IHOP. If you want a quick bite to eat I suggest you go here. Great service as well. Oh and did I mention if you have the little ones with you on Tuesdays from 4 pm to 10 pm they can eat for FREE! Some restrictions apply.
