En mi experiencia, visitando IHOP en Florida, en Georgia y Tennessee, TODOS los que eh ido te separan por zonas de "güeritos" "morenitos" "negritos", uno como visitante note que en todos los IHOP porque me toco ir a otros restaurantes y todos mixes, excepto éste. Se les nota el racismo. Cuando vayan a uno, vean si tienen sus "zonas por color". La comida no es mala pero tampoco es buena, es muy regular para sus precios, hay sabores mejores en otros lugares. asi que NO recomiendo sus restaurantes.
I ordered something for pickup and two of the employees saw me standing at the counter and continued to ignore me. I stood there waiting for over 15 minutes.

Only two servers. Food came out cold we sent it back they put the same food in the fryer and bought it back out. Don’t waste your time or money.

when we arrived it was not crowded for a Saturday afternoon. The food came out pretty fast but it was only 3 of us yet half a table was served food. I worked in catering for over 10 years that’s a huge no no. Especially because the toddler was the one left without food when there were two adults with a toddler. Were we supposed to eat and not the toddler when food was ordered for the child? The toddler was left without food for over 5mins so I asked the waiter for the food she replied ok. Waited another 10mins and still no food atp my food and other party food was cold. Mind you there is staff walking all around and no one not even our waiter checked in on us. After about 15-20 mins of waiting I left the restaurant just for a waiter to all of a sudden come outside of the restaurant to ask if I was paying for food that was never touched. I found it highly amazing that once it was noticed we was leaving/ had left now someone wants to help lol. The waiter almost caught it but I’m a saved woman smh. When I say I will never return trust I won’t!

I really don’t like giving bad reviews. BUT hopefully management makes the adjustments to fix the issues. When I came in, it’s was dirty. Trash on the floor, spare change. Tad bit messy. A waitress greets us, grabs menus and says she’ll be right back to see where she will sit us. Once she goes to check, another waitress by the name “Dayana”, comes to seat us but we did let her know that someone was helping us already. She just said “No, I got you”, we saw the other waitress get little upset she didn’t say anything but her facial expressions said it all. Then the worst part, our food comes out COLD, I hate with a passion WELL DONE STEAK. This steak was beyond well done. It was burnt! Then the nerve of slapping a slice of cheese on top of my hashbrowns, that obviously wasnt melted, I did let the waitress know, and she said she would put another order in, just by touching the plate, I knew that my hashbrowns were microwaved. On top of that, I asked for French toast and they bring me pancakes. Then, when my French toast does come out, there’s no powdered sugar on it. Mind you , while all of this is going on , our waitress, decides to take over another waitresses table. A few words were exchanged in front of customers and then they decide to take it to the back. I I am a good tipper and I always tip. This is the first time I don’t tip. I was already upset that I had to pay $67. This is what I get for betraying Waffle House. I’d rather take the 35 minute drive to them. Besides all that the water was extremely hot for my tea just how I like it 🙂↕️ still not coming back though.

I want to give 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍Grand Prairie Texas location on Carrier Pkwy … first off all Servers …. Food and Cleaning every at the best …. All the time it’s full but it’s worth the waiting thanks Caroline,Luis and most of the Servers in this Location you’re the best 💜✝️💜
we were there last night (Friday 10th) waiting a very long time to place our order .When it can time to pay we received a different receipt, was told they mixed up tickets and a table got our and we got theirs.We were told oh, you go the better deal on the amount on ticket.how do you mix up tickets and then tell me I received the ticket that was cheaper.doubt that as I'm sure the other table of 6 which had drinks where we didn't. was more than our table of 5 not a happy customer

Not all drinks on the menu include "free refills" despite what the menu says. I was surprised that the Lemonade Iced Tea does not offer free refills (the menu says explicitly it does). My waiter, who had proudly stated he had been there several years, was "kind enough" to take the charge off. How many people didn't notice that extra charge on their bill? Very disappointed with the dishonesty at iHop.
The waitress was very caring and helpful with suggestive meal selections. The atmosphere was jumping with happiness with friends and family.

Customer service was rude, there were four staff, sitting in a booth in front of the kitchen peeking around, waiting to see who was going to serve. Finally, someone came, which she was rude and really asked. What did I want.
