I attempted to dine in for breakfast. Only to be waiting or at least acknowledged of my presence. After waiting approximately 10 minutes, I looked around to maybe 3 tables of customer. The place was practically empty. While waiting all I could hear was a waiter laughing and rambling on a conversation with another employee about how the South greets their customers. WOW...what a slap in the face. I did proceed to ask were there anyone to seat us because the place was practically empty as I mentioned before. The waiters response was sarcastic and disregarding. I kindly thank him and proceed to the EXIT. No worries I am quite sure I can get better service elsewhere.

I went to this place and ordered breakfast at 9:26am.. my food wasn't ready until 9:59am and I only ordered pancakes, sausage and eggs. I waited so long and my food was cold. I felt like my food was just sitting in the back . The waitress was pleasant, plus all my food that I ordered was inside my bag. I didn't feel like driving back only to probably have to wait another half hour for the rest of my food. A horrible experience.

Today was outstanding visit to this new IHOP location at Morgan St University.I however did have a long wait, but the manager was very apologetic and professional and curtious ?.Good job IHOP manager ??I would highly recommend that location, it's very busy but surely worth the wait ?.Food hot and well prepared ?

So I was on the fence bout this one,the service I received in the past was terrible to say the least. Today Ivan restored my confidence in this place. The service was great, he paid very good attention to all his customers, was the only one greeting people, letting them know exactly what's going on with orders etc. Oh and he said he had made the sweet tea and it was the best since I have been coming here. Long as he's here, I'll dine here,if they lose him,I feel sorry for this IHOP.

I came to this ihop before and it was a disaster but I understand that they just open at that location. Think they opened to soon and did not have all the personnel need it to open a restaurant.I came back today like 3 months from the day thinking they hot better but not they still have bad service food take too long to be served and when it come out is cold and one or two plate at a time. Imagine you go with your family by the time you get your food some of your family members had finished eating.I’m sorry but i don’t recommend this ihop at this location. I love IHOP but this one need management.

We came on a night when there was one server for the entire restaurant. While we were waiting to get service, we called the restaurant's number to get a response for service. Several patrons left before they could be seated. We waited a while for our drinks, which appeared shortly before our food. Food was good, but service was horrendous.

Our trip to I was AMAZING. Admittedly they were not busy but our server Lorenzo was OUTSTANDING.He cared about our meal and made sure everything was perfect.We had breakfast at Miss Shirleys and this breakfast put it to shame at half the cost .Well done Lorenzo, you made my wife and I staycation better.Dietary restrictions: Ingredients are omitted at your request and typical dietary issues are noted on menuWheelchair accessibility: Very wide door
Routinely slow service and the cleanliness of the dining area is subpar. Clearly, this is a reflection of the management staff. I gave two stars because the place has potential.

The absolutely longest wait time for everything. Didn't even have water or eating utensils. The manager came and apologized and gave us a discount.
