Really enjoyed it here. My husband and I just moved to Baltimore early this year and live in the inner harbor but looking around for a great neighborhood to by a house and decided to stop into this Tavern for dinner and a drink. The food was really good (my hubby is a brit and loved the fish and chips) and Cora, the owner, was super nice- fun time and a friendly place. Look forward to going back for the pub quiz night too!
We stopped here before visiting Fort McHenry. The neighborhood that surrounds the tavern is a brick building paradise. Halloween decorations gave the area a delightful feeling.Onto the restaurant! We felt welcomed immediately and grabbed an outside table. The menu was a great selection of bar food. Ended up ordering the Reuben and a bunch of fries. Three for dinner on a Wednesday night. Pleasant atmosphere, great food. We got: Beef brisket entree Seafood bouiliabaise special Grilled veggie panini All three were outstanding, fresh made with great ingredients. I'll be back!
