*Unsafe Food Handling and Unprofessional Management*
I called this restaurant twice to place an order, and both times the call was hung up as soon as it was answered. On the third call, my order was finally taken. I specifically requested no peanuts for one of the dishes due to a serious peanut allergy. When I got home, the food still contained peanuts.

When I reached out, I was told someone would contact me, but instead I ended up going back and forth in messages with no resolution. It became ridiculous, so I called the restaurant again. The person who answered told me she was the manager, the same person I had apparently been messaging the whole time even though she made it seem in the messages like she was just regular staff. That lack of transparency made the situation even more frustrating.

I did end up going off on the manager because there was no apology, no accountability, and absolutely no concern for how serious this mistake could have been. I’ve been to this location many times because it’s close by, but the customer service has never been great, even when dining in. I even spoke to the manager once about a new concept they were working on to increase dine-in customers. Now I understand why people aren’t dining in.

This whole experience was incredibly disappointing and unsafe for anyone with food allergies. Noted I didn’t even ask for a refund… I just wanted them to know of this mistake and I just received “ I have ask the manager already in regards to your order and we have looked into the case and confirmed with the server already. At this point I can’t assist you with this order. “

This place is delicious, great for take-out but don’t miss out on dining in. They have a very nice space. Get the Bun Cha Ha Noi!

I ordered the fried tofu bao burger, which was really good. The toppings gave it a deliciously crunchy, slightly sweet flavor. However, the steamed red bean bao bun was awful. It was literally red beans. I had expected the typical red bean paste, but no, it was whole, plain red beans, and they were incredibly dry. If you are going to make a red bean bao bun with plain red beans, you should include a note in the menu that it is the actual bean and not a red bean paste. I was thoroughly disappointed by that.

I LOVE thos place!! I highly recommend the laksa, Vietnamese shaking beef and the beef randang....I'm working my way through their menu

Came to dine in on a weekday night. The place wasn't very busy, so we were seated immediately and food arrived soon after we ordered. The food was tasty and portions were large. The service was great. We'll happily come again.

Out with the wife, Saturday afternoon. Not very busy, but the food was sensational. The spice level was intense but inviting. The drinks were very authentic. Will surely revist to try more on the menu.

If you are Malaysian, do not order CKT or the laksa. CKTbwe ordered is literally mixed vegetables fried with rice vermicelli. The lasagna looks good, tasted nothing. The waitress attempted to convince us what was served indeed is CKT, even when we told her how CKT is made. Overall, disappointed big time.

I came to this restaurant to celebrate Mother’s Day with my mom and mother-in-law, and I’m extremely disappointed. Right as we arrived, the restaurant already started smelling like weed. Yes, weed. It was so embarrassing, especially in front of my mother-in-law who straight-up said how uncomfortable it made her. My fiancé and I were mortified.

I asked one of the workers (a Mexican lady) for help to make the dinner a little special, and she was no help at all, completely dismissive and careless. My drink never even came. And even after all that, I still tipped her $5… because I try to be kind. But let me be clear: the service was trash.

I chose this place thinking it would be a nice, relaxed dinner to celebrate our moms, and instead it turned into an uncomfortable mess. Never coming back. If you’re planning something important, go anywhere else.

🥇Old review: My favorite place to grab boba! I recommend trying the boba pearls - they're always fresh and soft, with the perfect amount of chewiness. It's also a great spot to relax and enjoy your drink or a meal with a loved one!

📛New review: There may be new workers, but this place needs to improve the boba! I waited for 30 minutes for boba which wasn’t ready when I arrived. The boba was hard, and the sugar particles were not mixed well. Very disappointing.

The service is always terrible. You can be the only table in the place, and all of the employees will ignore you while they sit at a table together. We had to repeatedly ask them to come take our order (after we sat for almost half an hour in an empty restaurant) or come back to the table at all. My bao was stale and old.

I wanted to share that Amy and the IndoViet team have done an outstanding job catering events for me. I’ve used them on two occasions recently and they over delivered for a really affordable price! They were great working out a menu considering a range of dietary needs, and they can cook any kind of food you’d like-not just Asian. Our guests raved about the food and as the host they made things easy for me. I will definitely use them again!

Absolutely love this place! They noticed that we had a lot of vegetarian orders, so they called us to check to make sure one of the orders could have beef broth. SO THOUGHTFUL! They also gave us some extra delicious steamed red bean buns and a cute note. The vegetables are always super fresh, delicious selection, I can't wait to finally go in person to check out the inside. Awesome people, fantastic food, and the orders are always accurate and fast! Thanks for everything, we keep ordering from you and will visit in person soon! ❤️🍜

Update: I love you guys but please please secure the soup for take out. 🙏 I got a full refund from UberEATS but the two soups arrived inedible. They smelled great but I couldn't enjoy them. This was at about 6pm on March 14th. Everything arrived a total mess, all the lids off, soup spilling everywhere. I had to get a trash back to collect it. The delivery guy didn't know it was soup but the tops flew off and it spilled everywhere. Wanted to let you know 💓

Pho was good same with their rice plate. But service was slow took them 20 mins to take our orders and we were the only one there.
