The person behind the counter wasn't welcoming. I was soo excited for ice cream and this immediately threw off the vibe. I almost didn't want it anymore but decided to go through with it-- I asked for two scoops & received the most minimal half scoops of ice cream I could've ever received. The ice cream itself was really good-- but I'd rather go to another location to get it.

It’s a very small but relatively clean place. There was only one worker but it was empty when I went. I’d ordered ahead and didn’t have to wait long to get my cookie. They have vegan options so that is fantastic

Firstly when ordering the cookies the cashier could not hear the customer making the order because they store had the music to loud. Secondly I was told there would be a 15 minute wait which turned into 45 minute wait. Communication with the workers were horrible no one could tell anybody why the cookies are taking longer than normal. There was another customer that was there waiting an hour for his cookies will never come back here. Do not recommend.

I’m sorry, but the cost is not worth what you get. These cookies are so small…I don’t get it. I threw in an extra star just because they were very fast to deliver. But this is not $24 worth of cookies.

The cookies and ice cream are amazing. It's a really great option since very few places with sweets have such extended hours. It's pretty pricey so definitely take advantage of coupons online (there are almost always coupons for something which is also nice).Parking might be a little annoying but it's not the busiest area. The customer service is not great. The last time I went I was only customer in the store and I had to wait 5-10 min on a order I placed well in advance. I'm a grab my food and go type of person so poor customer service doesn't bother me but one of the representatives was a couple feet from me and shot me a couple death stares. High priced (but also delicious cookies) are definitely an unnecessary luxury so I won't be back to this location but I'd still recommend them though. I've only been twice and I probably just caught them on a bad nights.
Vegetarian options: They have vegan versions of a lot of their cookie flavors.
Cookies are always good, and the staff was nice.
