Cookies are always good (when they are baked). Been meaning to post this review for a couple of months. The manager (so she says) opened on a Saturday. I know her name, but don’t want to put her on complete blast. She had none of the cookie options I wanted baked (ok, they were the gluten free and vegan, so I gave her a pass there). I told her I wanted the double chocolate chip and she told me to come back in about 30 mins. I come back and she gave me the wrong cookie (chocolate chip), which I discovered after I paid when I was about to eat it. She said I would have to wait another 30 mins for the right cookie. My meter was expiring soon and I asked if I could have a refund or the correct cookie or even a complimentary cookie in the future since I didn’t get the right one, and she said she could not authorize that and would have to ask her district manager. I asked if a kid dropped their ice cream if she would have to ask the district manager that as well. She also gave excuses about being in traffic and short staffed which is why she wasn’t there on time to start baking cookies. All that to say, I had to put money in my meter just to get a free cookie of the one I did NOT order after she talked to the district manager. I recommend the Insomnia location in Fed Hill. Better customer service.

We went back today and I have to up my stars to 4 because the older African-American male employee who works there remembered us from coming in April! He remembered I had a cookie and my sister had ice cream! If you can remember the clientele like that, you get points from me! Keep up the great work! As mentioned-I'm not a fan of the cookies but I will come back to see him!

Tried a couple of their cookies and they were good, but nothing to rave about. The White Chocolate Macadamia had a pleasant coconut-like flavor, though the white chocolate itself wasn’t very noticeable. The Mint Chocolate Chip was more enjoyable—refreshing and well-balanced in flavor. Overall, a decent treat, but not mind-blowing.

Delicious, warm cookies available! I had a hard time deciding on what I wanted. All of them were large, perfectly shaped cookies. The place smells divine, too!

Every time I have gone to this location the staff has been kind and more than willing to help. I got the pleasure to meet the individual who owns this location and he is an amazing person. And his personality definitely shines through those who work there. Plus when you just want a simple cookie, this is a wonderful place to go and a walk by the water.

The lady at the counter on Monday 12/23 830pm, gave great customer service. The cookies were good, the peanut butter, snickerdoodle, sugar, salted carmel and chocolate chunk however the Red Velvet was sold out, Jinglebread was lack luster, the oatmeal walnut was hard to chew. My sisters and I tried a few as it being our first time. Just our collective thoughts.
