Just remembered to circle back here to detail my experience.We came at around 10:30 pm. There were 6-7 people in line, in addition to us.The employees were arguing. We walked in, they glanced at the line, and one of them remarked that they weren’t going to serve us, I assume because they were tired or burnt out.They were going back and forth, to the degree that I wouldn’t be surprised if a fight broke out.We just left. That whole situation made me feel uncomfortable, and that’s not the type of environment that I want to end my night with. No way of knowing if our orders wouldn’t be up to par because of their personal struggles.

Service was great cookies were even better. I got m&m, chocolate chip, and snickerdoodle all great. I even had an oatmeal raisin walnut cookie. I love oatmeal raisin cookies but hate walnuts. It was good but I still prefer pecans.

Horrible Customer ServiceIt's truly disappointing to see how far Insomnia Cookies has fallen. The employees can't even follow simple directions and sound as if they are stoned out of their minds at work. Go to another late night bakery.

Went into the Fells Point store tonight to get a few cookies and the staff was more concerned with arguing with each other in the back room than helping us. I asked multiple times to be assisted and eye contact was made, but the arguing was much more important. We walked out. 0 out of 10 wouldn't recommend.

So glad these guys made it through the plague years. I stopped by today and had a Red Velvet cookie - the best! And the gentleman behind the counter (sorry, I forgot to ask his name) was so cheerful he brightened my afternoon!

Located in DC, I had to stopped past to get my favorite birthday cake vegan cookies. It was pretty packed in here service was a bit slow but the cookies were soooo good. This store looks big from the outside about 10 people can actually fit inside there. When I come back to Dc I will certainly visit again. The employees were so nice.

Great cookies and the cookie sandwiches with ice cream are delicious! We came in for a cookie sandwich after dinner while staying at the haunted Admiral Fell Inn. The place is chill and very laid back with people I liked very much. The employees felt at home there and made me feel comfortable as well. I gave a $10 tip because the person that helped us deserved it and I appreciate them working on a Saturday night and making such delicious treats. Keep having fun and thank you for a wonderful experience!

I was here visiting from the new year seeing the fam and my nephew said that he saw this cookie place on what my kiddos call Instagram. So, we ordered around Six and our cake arrived at Nine Pm and due to the snow, we could understand why they were so late, but the customer service was just ridiculous. The lady on the phone sounded more confused than us! My niece decided to also order cookies for each person, and we placed them for delivery we even filled out the address and everything. Finally, an email sent saying the cookies were ready for pick up?? so I decided to call and tell them my problem and asked for a refund they agreed to give us it but 20 minutes after my niece's money still hasn't been refunded we decided to call again with our problem. The worker who picked up proceeded to tell us the refund would take 3-4 business days!! absolutely not! On the email it said the money had already been sent. Its only 9:52 pm! this night has been absolutely ridiculous beware of insomnia and their delivery i know for sure i am NOT! ordering from them EVER AGAIN!!! (they do not! even deserve one star
