They need more staff
Don’t burn a whole pie and put it out for customers to choose, buy a slice of it and tip you…all to get to their lunch destination and find out the slice they bought looks great on top but is COMPLETELY BLACK BURNT on the bottom. Yall know yall dead wrong and yes I do want a store credit for my next visit. I work close by and once enjoyed getting lunch here.

Love the person who gives me my giant slice of pizza every time I go in. He greets me with the biggest smile and is so friendly. The pizza is delicious, perfect crust and amount of sauce and cheese.

Great customer service
The food is good
However the system is broken. I had points to redeem (1 for a free drink and one for free entree up to $19) I redeemed my points at the register however I still had to pay full price for my meal. What’s the point in using a point system if they cannot be redeemed properly and the reason to why I say properly is because the system took all of my points but did not honor the offer that the points were for and I know that the points went through because I put my number in and the cashier read my name to me on his end when it appeared. Please fix the system

They try for a NYC style pizza, but it’s hit and miss. Today the crust was floppy and you couldn’t hold it to eat. The veggies were under cooked, and the squash was huge. Honestly, it needed more time in the oven. I’ve had better success other days with different pizzas. So a 3 for the average score.
