This was the food before I even touched it, breading falling off… square chunks of meat. The fries were terrible, they tasted old, dry yet with a weird burnt taste to them. The boneless wings weren’t hot and tasted salty with very minimal sauce on them. I see why they have received such bad reviews.

TERRIBLE food!!! DO NOT ORDER! I ordered ranch dry rub wings. The wings were coated with POWDERED SUGAR and not ranch seasoning at all. The wings appeared to be old with discoloration. We had to throw away out food it was not edible. Save your money and order some where else.

Spouse was hungry for Chili's Caribbean salad with chicken and a slice of garlic bread which she ordered. It was delicious. The dressing is what makes the salad taste good so she requested an extra amount. My luncheon meal was the bowl of chili and the house salad. These too were very good although the bleu cheese dressing had little flavor. Our server, Mikael, was pleasant and cheerful. The area was clean.

Food was luke warm/cold the curly fries were extremely extremely hard!!!! Aswell and the wings did not have much sauce on them in tasted very bland!! They tasted like they were cooked in old grease (I would not recommend this place at all ) it's even more crazy because I've never done a review on a business before but the experience was that bad to me honestly
Just ordered 8 piece bone in wings. Got 6 and it looked like they threw them in the container and gave the container a light squirt of orange express. Missed a few completely. Also ordered 22 piece boneless and got 18 and a couple bits that looked like the floaters from the frier. Same story with the seasoning. Everything was cold. And the store doesn't answer the phone. Don't order here. Save your money. Should be no stars!

Turned away due to the lack of service. We were offered a one hour wait time while we stair at 90% of the empty tables. When are you restaurants going to get a clue. Rather then pretend to be open 7 days a week close one or two days and compress your resources.

I NEVER LEFT A BAD REVIEW ON ANY BUSINESS! THIS PLACE IS THE WORST PLACE IVE ORDERED FROM! I ORDERED 4 CHICKEN/FRIES COMBOS AND GOT 2. THEY HAD RANDOM OTHER FOOD IN THEIR RANCH WHICH IS REALLY BADLY WATERED DOWN AND THEIR CHICKEN HARDLY HAS FLAVOR. HAS NEXT TO NO SAUCE ON IT. I TRIED THEIR GHOST PEPPER WINGS, ITD HAVE BEEN HOTTER WITH HOT SAUCE… TASTED LIKE GHOST PEPPET SLIGHTLY BUT WASNT EVEN HOT OR TASTEFUL. ALL YOU CAN EAT BUFFET FOOD IS BETTER THAN THIS GARBAGE

The wings were dry, tasted very old, and most definitely not smoked. I ended up getting a full refund from my bank. I just needed to warn people to never ever order from this God forsaken place. FYI these are pre cooked or partially cooked wings. No, no, no for $62 you had better be dropping them fresh for me. It's one of those ghost kitchen, delivery only type deals. Avoid these places please!!!
