Month later order 1/2 bushel live female mix $85 again LIVE cool, come in at 5:30, we get their crabs r cooked, ok…. Come home they r reheated, smelling like ammonia. Gross paper thins…. Couldn’t even eat and enjoy or make soup from, the smell was beyond gross ammonia…. Beyond nasty

The crabs were very heavy and meaty. The store clerk gave very good directions as they are hard to find located behind another business. Over all I would give the crabs and experience 8.5 out of 10.

My daughter n I came in from a hard day and being MD girls we were craving steam crabs . We currently live in WV . It's a very small from what I understand a family business. I felt at home and the lady behind the counter was so friendly I felt a real smile finally. The place smelled incredible and the food ..steam crabs ....we're absolutely excellent. The rt amount of seasoning..perfect wt ..n the price was good for this time of you .very pleased with overall service from start to finish. I would definitely give more then 5 starts if I could. You have to check this place out !!!!

Great customer service. Crabs are actually a nice size however there is no meat inside the crabs themselves, all the meat i have extracted has been from the legs this is kind of upsetting as I purchased a half bushel. Overall a good experience just not sure if it’s the experience for me.

I’m the type of person that believe a good review only when the customer service Is superb, and the food is excellent! This family own crab shack. Customer service was top-tier very warm and inviting with excellent customer service skills. The crabs were so decadent nice and heavy. I really appreciate the time they took with me with the ordering process. This is a family owned and operated business and you can definitely get good quality crabs at a decent price. Although I’m new to the area, they definitely have my business from now on with these good and heavy hot crabs. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know. Keep up the great work guys ?

I hope my friends try J & J. I have always enjoyed good food and good service from J & J. Apparently, someone posted a review under my name that was only satisfactory. This is upsetting to me. If you are looking for fresh seafood, salads and other menu items for your next dinner or event, definitely give J & J Crabshack a try, and tell them I sent you :)
