I’m the type of person that believe a good review only when the customer service Is superb, and the food is excellent! This family own crab shack. Customer service was top-tier very warm and inviting with excellent customer service skills. The crabs were so decadent nice and heavy. I really appreciate the time they took with me with the ordering process. This is a family owned and operated business and you can definitely get good quality crabs at a decent price. Although I’m new to the area, they definitely have my business from now on with these good and heavy hot crabs. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know. Keep up the great work guys ?

I hope my friends try J & J. I have always enjoyed good food and good service from J & J. Apparently, someone posted a review under my name that was only satisfactory. This is upsetting to me. If you are looking for fresh seafood, salads and other menu items for your next dinner or event, definitely give J & J Crabshack a try, and tell them I sent you :)

This is a rebranded (second or third) location of the infamous Vince's Crabhouse. I feel it's important that people don't get confused, and support a business that doesn't align with their values. I'm pretty sure several other locations still openly carry Vince's name, but for some reason this one does not. I don't know how this place compares to the other locations in terms of staff, or how they treat customers. All I can say is that my boyfriend and I were looking for steamed shrimp for our upcoming NYE party and our first choice was closed. We didn't want to spend an hour in the grocery store, with the 50 other people looking to also get shrimp for the holiday, and I remembered seeing J&J's listing in one of the Dundalk-related FB pages. It's a bit difficult to find the place until you realize that they're serious about the "shack" part of their name. It's a bit like the original location of Chap's. There's a little building on the property of the North Point Inn. That's where you can get your seafood to-go. The woman who waited on us was pleasant enough, efficient, and gave us an entire bag of cocktail sauce (decent, but I like mine with a little more zing) to go with our 5 lbs of steamed shrimp. Huge shrimp, kinda light on the seasoning, no onions. I don't necessarily think that I would return, but this location was open when we needed it, and was capable of serving what we needed. In the warmer months I am sure that there are many other places around the neighborhood that can provide crabs and shrimp, without the tarnish of being associated with notorious racism.

This was my first visit to J&J Crab Shack. I won a gift certificate to get a half bushel of steamed small male crabs. Some were heavier than others, but every single one was delicious. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I will certainly be ordering from them again.

J and J's does not disappoint. Very competive pricing. Great seasoning! I'm not much on the chunky rock salt a lot of places seem to use, and they have a bit of heat in the spice as well. I've maybe gotten a couple bad crabs out of dozens. They're super friendly and have a quick turnaround (if you call on a weekday night it's like 30 min.) They're the small place behind North Point inn, nothing fancy, no hawking swag (at least that I've noticed), just good affordable crabs.

Found this humble little spot from a TIKTOK and they did not disappoint. I ordered a dozen males for $50 and the flavors of the crab were so delicious. I do think I had a mix of mediums and smalls but nothing to complain about. They were meaty and fresh! Customer service top notch! Will go back for more.
