For some reason they NEVER have açaí and claim they are always out. How are you constantly out of something on your menu. At that point just take it off the menu!!

Its 6pm on a Monday and I just ran across the airport to get a smoothie.... but it's closed? How unfortunate.

3 employees at this location on 5-Sep at 0515 standing around drinking Jamba Juice and ignoring customers. Eventually telling people they don’t open until 0530 however advertised hours indicate it opened at 0430. A chain that has slowly vanished. No surprise.

Waited at register for 10+ minutes for an employee to even acknowledge us (there was only other one person there at the time), when someone finally did come to take the order the first three things I tried to order he said no to. He informed us they were only running 2/5 boards of the menu. If that’s the case, even some handwritten signage would have been appreciated.

This location frequently shuts down for “15 minute cleanings” during operating hours. Today after at least 20 mins the line waiting on one of these cleanings was then informed the point of sale system wasn’t working. The employees were sitting in the back and not even attempting use the point of sale system.
