It is currently 9:44, the employee who was working tonight told me 15 minutes ago they are closed, as he chatted with another airport worker for 30 minutes. Enough said. Don’t waste your time.

To management-hire another employee and restock your supplies. To have one employee working in a store let alone a busy airport on a peak holiday weekend is ridiculous.
I hope the poor guy quits and shuts the store down on you, he's clearly tired and fed up.
Good smoothie though!

I waited almost 15 minutes at this locations n and there was no sign of an employee. Pretty disappointed that I walked halfway across the airport to grab a drink.

Google says that the place closes at 10:00pm. Showed up at 9:00 so I could take something with me on my late flight, but the worker said they were closed. So either he was lying or Google needs to update the time.

Overal 4 stars, they have 1 guy working by himslef, takin orders with long lines. Give this man some help or put self service kiosk for orders so that he can work. This guy was rushing to get orders done. Give him a raise and put self service kiosk.

Came here to write a review and found some validation. There was 1 employee here who not only moved as slowly as possible but had a nasty attitude and straight out refused to answer questions. When I asked her about ingredients in a smoothie, she literally told me that the previous customer had already asked her that question and then didn't bother repeating herself for me. What a joke.

The worst customer service. To the question of "Do I order here or there" (trying to figure out which side to order from) I got the response of "How would you order here?" With a sprinkle of attitude.

One of the worst of juice places. Their drinks manage to have all that sugar but still taste unpleasantly tart

Asked for one smoothie and was rung in for a different one. When mentioning the issue employee claimed he'd fix it after and continued to not do a thing, charging me more for a smoothie i didn't order.

Literally the worst service of any JJ location. The workers are comically understaffed but they do themselves no favors by moving as slowly as possible. Right now the line is 10 deep to order and many more people have simply walked away tired of waiting. Meanwhile the workers are in the back drinking and kekeing. I can’t really blame them, I’d just be passing the time too.
Management needs to add a 3rd employee and overworking these folks. The extra staffer would more than make its money back. The guy with locs is working his butt off. The girl with the braids, not so much.

They can't be serious at the speed at which they service customers. Wanted 17 minutes in line and wasn't even served because I left, there was still two people ahead of me.
Just avoid go to a different store, they clearly don't value customer service or now with how slow they service.

Very nice location at BWI. People sitting with no sprit to work. I have high expectation because other locations have great service and pride what they serve you. It’s best that you skip and go to another place while at BWI. Level of food in appearance and taste was lower that 1 star.

Nobody was there at 1:35 on July 7, 2024.
People were waiting but walked away. A lot of business was lost. Other times I have been there the employees act like they hate their job and are rude to customers, enough so that they leave. I don’t bother going there anymore. Bad service Rude employees

This is a review of the island counter in the Baltimore Airport. This is by far the worst Jamba I have ever been to. I visit Jamba's at least twice a week all around the country due to my job and flying needs. The 2 guys behind the counter were more interested in talking with each other than doing their job. The line I was in grew to 7 people. The employees were aware we were there, and when the guy in front of the line said "excuses me" one of the guys cut him off and said that they were closed. I would advise that you get new employees.
The date is 06-23-24 at approximately 3:10pm.
For all those reading this review. Avoid this place at all costs.
