Jan's & Charles' Pizza _ Delivery & Takeout

Great place. Very friendly staff.

The hours state they close at 8pm. I stood in line behind 3 other guests who each ordered. The man behind the counter acted as if he didn’t see me. I waited for about 10 minutes. This was before 7:45pm. Finally, the man acknowledged me and told me they were closed. I told him that I had been waiting right behind the 3 ladies who ordered. He told me he didn’t realize it was so late and he has 5 more pizzas to make… a terrible excuse for customer service. There was no closed sign and he JUST took some orders right as I was waiting to make my order. I’ve been once and was assisted by someone else. Never going again. I have NEVER been turned away from a store during business hours and because they were back on orders. Can’t believe this… I have my assumptions but I won’t share them here. Trying somewhere else.

Good cheese steak ,could do better with the pizza slices

tenders and fries lunch specials was really good with bbq sauce.

I ordered a calzone from here.Decent but not that great quality of food. I would say good value for the price charged

good value for a decent pizza around $10

I ordered a large pizza and asked for extra sauce and paid for extra sauce and didn’t get any sauce at all just cheese on top of pizza with no sauce the worst pizza I ever tasted

I order a cheesesteak and fries from here. The way the guy was making (by the way I could see from outside) it was impossible to assume that it gonna taste any good but the end result was good just like the looks as I got it with extra lettuce, tomato and fried onions with provolone cheese.

I’m a die-hard Domino’s fan, but living in Baltimore, my husband and I weren’t able to get a hot pizza with in 2 hours of ordering it. However, tonight, my husband picked up a hot pizza. Our first hot pizza after living in the city for a year! Ecstatic.

I tried their slices they have ,which were very limited, I believe it might be due to pandemic, with a drink,which cost me around $8 . it was definitely hot and was good too.

we order a pepperoni pizza for carryout from this place, it looked great and tasted as well.

I have placed couple of orders from here,it's a hit or miss sometimes. I don't know the reason. But I have gotten my cheesesteak and cheese pizza which are to the way I have desired and tasted actually good.
